The gluten sensitive menu has some fun choices. BUT is not all celiac safe. The dedicated fryer for corn chips is often used for flour products. The corn tortillas are on the same grill with the flour. Thankfully the manager had experience with celiac and warned me.
That said, they went out of the way to make me the best taco bowl I’ve ever had. And I did not get sick. Soooo good.

Due to the hand crafted nature of our food, variations in our supplier ingredients, and our use of shared cooking and preparation areas, we cannot ensure that our food is free from any allergens. We prepare our foods following procedures to prevent allergen cross-contact, but products containing wheat are made in our kitchens.
Told them I was celiac. Ordered my tacos separate from the rest of the family. Was definitely glutened. I should have known better. Do not eat here if celiac is my advice. No matter how badly you want Torchy’s. :)

I generally am able to go to Torchy's Tacos without any issues, but have had problems with this particular location on numerous occasions. In the past, I have come to this location with a non-gluten free friend and they have served our tacos together, even though I specified that could not eat gluten. They appear to not have any idea about cross contact and I no longer feel safe to eat here as someone with Celiac disease.

This torchy’s is not great at gluten free food. Staff is not knowledgeable. Even though they are supposed to use a separate fryer for chips they don’t. You have to ask for the specific gluten friendly menu.

Worst Torchy's I've tried. Not a safe as other locations; it seems their kitchen does not implement the allergy anti-cross contamination procedures properly.
