Love True foods kitchen and so glad to find this one while traveling. So knowledgeable. The food is amazing and I indulged in the flourless chocolate cake.
Love going to this place. I feel safe knowing they take all the precautions for allergies, and the food is always so fresh.

Love this place! For appetizer had the edamame guac with home made chip made with NO SEED oils!! Only avocado oil! So yum! All their beef is grass fed! Mu husband had steak, I had the meatloaf and our daughter had a burger and loved it! Service was excellent!
You know that glorious feeling when you realize you can go out to eat and feel like you're having the same food as everyone else? You don't have to study and analyze and bore everyone with your dietary disability. True Food promises a lot, but sadly, did not deliver. I ordered the same medium burger as my DH, just on a gluten free bun. His was perfectly medium, and while his bun was not amazing, it was fine. My burger was served rare - I had two big bites out before I realized. And the bun fell apart on the third. GF buns need work - unless you're getting them fresh daily, they should be steamed and then given a quick toast. If you don't, then it will crumble and fall apart like an ancient kitchen sponge. With all the hype about True Food, the effort they appear to make in so many other ways, it was more than just another disappointment. It just makes me mad - if you're going to claim you care about quality food, if you're going to bother to offer it, then do it right.
Outstanding service, the Manager personally observes the food prep and shared that she is also celiac. The guacamole app with GF pita was great. My son got his burger with a GF bun and loved it. Everything is clearly labeled when GF options is available. We felt very safe here.
Every section of the menu had variety of options for GF, Veg, and Vegan. All which are easily identifiable on the menu. Good tasting good, clean modern look to the place. Options to eat indoor or outdoor.

Just opened. Tried it once and had a good experience. Had a quinoa bowl with air fried chicken. It was delicious. No reaction. They seem very careful and menu has gf items labeled. I will go again. A little pricy.
So many options for people who are celiac! This is a chain restaurant that focuses on meeting various dietary needs. I always love eating here and I’m so glad one opened in Raleigh!
This last week I was in Kansas City for a conference. I was within walking distance of True Food Kitchen. I had such a terrific experience the first night at dinner that I went back the following two nights for dinner. The staff was wonderful. Multiple people checked with me to make sure everything was OK. The gluten-free items are marked on the menu. Even though the Mediterranean hummus was not marked gluten-free, they could make it gluten-free as long as it did not have the red sauce on it. The special pita chips, they brought me were good. The street tacos on the happy hour menu were tasty. I had the Korean noodle bowl on two different nights. One night with shrimp and one night with beef steak. They were both delicious. There are numerous other items on the menu that could be made gluten-free.
Staff was knowledgeable. Several items on the menu marked gf. Absolutely tasty!
