Everything was absolutely delicious!!! I have several food allergies & they were very willing to accommodate. I didn’t have a typical wheat/gluten reaction, but I haven’t been so sick in years. I’m willing to try again. Next time was much better! Really like the ginger drink/soda.

Tried the GF teriyaki remix bowl. Amazing. Added chicken breast to this which was also GF and tasty.

Ordered online and had it delivered but spoke with someone on the phone- they were very helpful and friendly about my restrictions, I ordered sides of steak, seasonal veggies and butternut squash soup- all gluten free, dairy free and soy free! Was told that they can do all of their proteins GF, Df& Soy free so lots of options! Tasted great.

This is my go to place if I want to eat out, as they do have seasonal menus. They are very good about allergy’s and have lots of options on the menu. The staff is helpful and usually knowledgeable. The only things I don’t order is there pizza as I believe it’s cooked in a shared oven

I have eaten here many times without a problem, and love the options on the menu. Today I had three items all marked GF on the menu, but unfortunately got sick. I don’t know which item did it. It’s a bummer but I’m not sure I’d feel safe eating here again.

I’ve been here many times and never had a problem until the last time I went. I’m sensitive enough that I can tell when I get glutened while I’m eating. My lasagna was good as always but there was a mix up with the waitress and my bar drink and I got badly glutened and very sick. Be careful and double check the food they bring you. They used to have the manager bring out allergy orders but this last time that didn’t happen.

I’ve been here multiple times and always had an excellent experience. Every server I’ve encountered here has been very knowledgeable and explained the proper precautions for GF food. I’ve felt very safe eating here and had no reactions afterwards. Lots of GF options.

Delicious!!!! We stopped in late one night just for dessert. My son ended up with a kids burger. Grass fed beef. Gluten free bun. He loved it. We had the squash pie and cookies and ice cream. You would never know either was gluten free and vegan. Soooo good. It’s a beautiful restaurant. Relaxing outdoor seating. Will definitely be back

Location at Town Center Mall area. Lovely outdoor patio area & spacious well-spaced inside seating plus a bar. Server introduced the concept as made from scratch & good for allergies/ dietary restrictions, especially gluten & dairy. Chicken sausage Lasagna was already Gf. Pizza crust & GF burger bun both seemed to be Udi’s & were not scratch made. GF DF items marked on menu, including all desserts. We tried the flourless chocolate cake & GF DF squash pie which were very good. I think the menu seemed to be marked as GF DF if it was available, not that it necessarily already was... and yet on the QR scanned menu, pizza wasn’t offered as GF or DF. Server informed us both were available. I would be more clear next time about allergies, as my son thinks the ice cream with the dessert was not actually DF and he paid for it later (although it could’ve been the cheese on the pizza he elected to not swap for vegan, but cheese doesn’t usually affect him so badly).

Delicious food! Waitress took my gluten free preferences seriously , and i had plenty of gluten free options to choose from that were clearly labeled on the menu. I had the spaghetti squash casserole with chicken, plus cookies and ice cream. So good!

Celiac friendly?

We’ve eaten here many times. My wife is very allergic to gluten and a variety of other things, resulting in migraines and stomach pain if she’s exposed. True Food and Epik Burger are the only two places she’s NEVER had an allergic reaction. That level of consistency is rare in the restaurant industry! And the food tastes great!

This is my favorite place to eat when I visit Jax! My kids are df/gf and so am i. We love being able to eat safely and get ice cream for the kids!! Gluten free buns, tortillas for hummus dip and sooo much more!

This is my absolute favorite restaurant I’ve ever been to! Having celiac can make it tough to find a restaurant that prevents cross contamination as well as having delicious, healthy food but true food kitchen had both! Very safe for celiacs.

Really delicious and TONS of choices including pizza! My daughter and I tried a variety of things....blueberry muffin, fish taco, steak taco, key lime mousse, iced coffee and watermelon lemonade! Delicious food. Staff very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. The butternut squash pizza on gf crust is amazing. At one visit the manager came out as well.

Ordered the Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl. It was delicious. Served asked “is it a dietary preference or an allergy?” Idk if they’re trained to ask that or not. The food was great and so was the gf pita bread and hummus. No reaction at all!

So so delicious! Our family of 4 - 3 with celiac and 1 gluten free & egg free enjoyed all of our meals from the main menu, brunch menu & kid’s menu. Recommend the blueberry pancakes, Korean noodle bowl, farmer’s market scramble & burger! The Hot matcha horchata was also super delicious! GF items are all clearly marked and the server was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend! We will be going back!
