Unfortunately, I did not have a good overall experience. Was warned by the time we sat down to order because the fire alarm went off the entire time we were there. I ordered a side kale salad and mushroom pizza and advised the waiter it was an allergy. After eating, I was sick for the next 24 hours which leads me to believe the allergy was cross contaminated. Really wanted to enjoy this restaurant based upon previous reviews but do not feel safe going back here.

Was it safe? Yes. Was it good? No. It wasn’t worth the price at all. We even asked for extra cheese on our pizza and it came out looking like burnt cardboard. The 4 stars is because our food was VERY underwhelming. But we felt very safe and they cared a whole lot.

It was safe, and none of us got sick. But we were SO underwhelmed by the food. Honestly I’m shocked it had such great reviews. The food tasted like something we could have just made at home. We won’t be going back for more. I don’t think it’s the best gluten free food in Vegas.

The G/F charred cauliflower was so good as an appetizer! I then had the G/F lasagna bolognese….YUM! Our waiter, Chase, was excellent and very knowledgeable! He suggested I try the G/F cookies and ice cream. I was skeptical, but he was right. You can’t go wrong with warm chocolate chip cookies and vanilla bean ice cream! Great experience!

The food was absolutely AMAZING! The cocktails were unique and delicious - nothing was too sweet. Tons of options for complex, thoughtfully crafted meals that I’ve never had before. Our server was incredibly helpful, both with regards to safety AND with recommendations as to what would best match my preferences. Yum!

Fantastic GF accommodation. Pretty much everything can be made GF, or any other allergy request. I got a panang curry special and my partner got a korean noodle dish. Both tasted good, but the cookies+ice cream dessert was amazing! Great service and atmosphere. Portions are big and the drinks are great.

And the squash pie was awesome! GF items marked on the menu. Staff was knowledgeable and attentive. Great place wish there was one closer to home!

We ate here for brunch. I ordered the garden scramble and the green goddess smoothie. The garden scramble has Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes. I hate brussels sprouts and don’t like sweet potatoes. These Brussels sprouts were tolerable and the sweet potatoes were good! I didn’t ask specifics about how they keep the food gluten free because of all the reviews here.
Overall the food was delicious and I didn’t get sick so would recommend lol

I felt so safe here and the food was so tasty that I went twice in one trip. First I had a veggie scramble for brunch then went back and got a brussel sprouts appetizer and Korean noodle bowl. The staff was very kind about gf, they noted it as an allergy for the kitchen, the menu is clearly marked, AND when they bring out your dish they say "gluten allergy" so you know they brought you the right thing.

Very sweet and well educated staff. Tons of gluten free options and the stuff that isn’t labeled gluten free can often be adjusted to be gluten free. Food was good, pizza was a little under cooked but the toppings were perfect. Classic mainstream cauliflower crust. Lasagna has gluten free noodles. Very low carb meal options if you’re into that sorta thing. Great experience

The menu has many items listed as gluten free. When I questioned the server about one particular dish, he said that any meal can be made gluten-free. I took advantage of that and had the mushroom and chicken sausage pizza and two different desserts! No bad effects. What a wonderful experience! There's a True Food Kitchen back at home which I must try again soon!

Must say this restaurant has to be one of my favorites. We went yesterday for lunch and just had to come back for dinner tonight. Both times I had the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and it was amazing. We also got Gluten Free Pitas and those were fabulous. If you’re nearby one, this is a go to place. It had great service and plenty of gluten free options. It’s up into my top 5 favorite restaurants already.

Our server wasn't very well-versed on Celiac but there were plenty of GF markings on the menu when we visited for lunch last week. When my panang curry was dropped off at the table by someone who was not our server, he did call out that the curry was GF. Overall the curry and vegetables in it were good, but the rice was undercooked and crunchy. Their strawberry lemonade and black tea were both tasty and my boyfriend said his grilled chicken parmesan was pretty tasty for not having any breading. It was nice having a healthier option on the strip, but I'd definitely order something without rice next time.

best manager award goes to this place when I called the manager said he would personally ensure that my meal was 100% GF and when I arrived he personally took our orders and delivered food. I had shrimp tacos and they were amazing. Good drinks and a wide variety of items on the menu. My husband got lasagna bolognese and it was also GF. He said it was also delicious.

I ordered food to go using the online ordering system. I specified everything was GF for celiac. My order was made quickly. When I picked up the order, nothing on the kitchen ticket indicated anything GF, so I don’t know whether the GF memo got to them. The food was okay. I was excited there was a True Foods within walking distance of my hotel. Compared to other True Foods where I have eaten, it was terrible and they should be ashamed. Compared to other food options in Vegas, it’s mostly tolerable. Everything in Vegas is expensive, so that wasn’t so much the problem. The portions were reasonable if you are watching your weight. Despite being hungry, I couldn’t make myself eat all of it. I got sick, but I am not 100% certain whether it was the food from here. Maybe ordering takeout is not a great idea, but dining in in-person is okay. The choices are limited, expensive, and disappointing. I had great experiences at other locations, and I wanted to like this, but… it just wasn’t good.

Las Vegas is not like it used to be pre-pandemic. So many restaurants are closed on certain days or have shortened hours or modified menus ; and the ones that are open tend to be either the “deli type spots “ that I don’t trust or the 4 star expensive restaurants. it makes it much more difficult to eat GF in Vegas these days. When I found True Foods I almost wept with joy and ate there both of the days I was there. They even have GF desserts but I was too full to try one. Excellent food, excellent service. Full confidence that everything I was eating was safe. It’s a little hard to find - in the Caesar’s Forum Shops , close to the Mirage side.
