True Food at Avalon is an excellent choice if you’re gluten free or have other allergies. Our server made extra sure that our salads were made gluten free and the gf flourless chocolate cake was divine. Highly recommend this restaurant for healthy gf food.

The service and food were great! My reasoning for the 3 stars was that I had a reaction to the Korean noodle bowl with chicken (labeled GF). The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating when asked about the menu and their GF efforts, but I unfortunately had an extremely upset stomach shortly afterwards. My friend is gluten intolerant and had a GF bun and GF pita and did not have any issues. I’m celiac though, so I unfortunately will not be dining here again :(

Half the menu has gluten free options incluiding the desserts Bowls, sandwiches, salads and pizzas I had a pizza with gluten free crust and ir was delicious

Gluten free options safe for celiacs (but let the staff know about your celiac disease). The food could be tastier (specially the guacamole and the gluten free tortillas). Small portions for the price. The best was the excellent service and the comfortable atmosphere.

Very place to eat healthy. A lot of choice on their menu. Special attention by the manager that brings the GF meals to be sure that everything is fine.

Great food, wait staff knowledgeable. We had gf burgers and ice cream. All of it tasted amazing. Clearly marked menus.

Ordered the cauliflower and yup my Nima sensor showed gluten. Ordered the salad, same thing. True Foods needs to do better.
