So yummy! Had the ricotta with house-made toasted gluten free brioche, so delicious! Just amazing. I could have had that just for dinner. Also had a pizza and it was yummy.

It was definitely a safe restaurant for a celiac, but it was probably one of the worst gf pizzas I’ve ever had. The crust was just not very good at all. But I definitely felt confident in their abilities to prepare food for someone with celiac disease. They’re very cautious and take note of an order being for someone with celiac. I had an incredible rhubarb spritz that was the highlight of my experience. My dad also has celiac disease and he enjoyed the gnocchi (done with gf penne instead of the actual gnocchi). He said it was very good. Almost every pizza can be done gluten free and there is a wide variety of other options as well.

Not the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had but they have a dedicated gluten free oven and were great with preventing cross contamination! The crust was very bland and cauliflower like.

As another reviewer noted the pizza is celiac safe, but was cold in the middle.
Was excited to find pizza. Ask nicely if they have fixed the cold pizza problem before ordering. The beet salad was amazing.

Great gf pizza and pasta options. Staff seemed very knowledgeable. Pasta I had honestly best gf pasta (penne) I’ve had out (including all over Toronto where I’m from).

I rarely take time to share my experience when it's not positive. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst GF pizza I had. The staff was very nice and friendly.

This place appears to be very aware about celiac needs. Pizza is cooked separately from gluten-containing pizza, and most of the menu can be adapted safely. The gluten free brioche with ricotta and honey was incredible. Unfortunately, the gluten free pizza was horrible — overcooked on the outer side, basically raw in the middle, and no real taste in any of the toppings.

Best dining experience in Banff so far. Very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly staff. They have a separate oven for the GF crust and it was incredible. Felt very safe and did not get sick.

Definitely order the GF brioche with ricotta honey black pepper. It is absolutely amazing! We also ordered a caprese salad which was delightful. The GF crust for pizza is okay but as long as it’s safe and GF then I’m good with it. This place has a separate gluten free oven.

Check this place out!! Ability to get gf pizza or pasta and some other dishes already GF. Try the gf BRIOCHE and homemade ricotta, it is amazing. Fun atmosphere, wonderful staff. Great wine selection, bar or outdoor seating, very reasonable prices for Banff.

Awesome little place for gluten free! I got the caprese salad and gluten free brioche bread! They have a dedicated pizza oven for gluten free, but no dedicated fryer! Lots of knowledge about gluten free!

I’ve been a raving fan of UNA’s since they opened in Calgary. I’m thrilled to see them expand in Banff. The staff were lovely and very knowledgeable. I felt 100% confident ordering and dining here. I highly recommend the Banff Ave Pizza - yum!

I don’t usually order the pizza - too much risk nowadays but I will order a kale Caesar salad for myself without the crispy prosciutto and bread crumbs.

Used to be a go to spot but I’ve had a couple close calls lately and their gf crust isn’t the best. They are pretty good as long as you very clearly specify there can’t be cross contamination. But if it isnt specified they prepare the gluten free crust in the same space as their regular pizzas. I’ve stopped ordering take out because I don’t feel like I can clearly communicate what I need and make sure they understand through their online ordering service

They prepare gf pizzas in the same area they flip regular pizza dough, so cross contamination is a given. I got extremely sick!!
