For a celiac from a small town that has absolutely no top tier restaurants, no restaurants that offer a gluten free menu, and a person who has to travel over an hour for a nice gluten free meal.. Wahlburgers is one of my absolute go to burger joints if I want a burger with a great gluten free bun.. 100% trustworthy, just ate their on Sunday after the suns pistons game, never had any problems with cross-contamination and I've been well over 10 times in multiple cities. #ohioceliac💚🖤🏁

Fries are GF made in a fries only fryer. Toppings for burgers are prepared fresh for each order in a separate area.

Cashier was very accommodating will my celiac concerns. They have a gluten free bun, one can confirm it is in fact GF because it will have white speckles on the top (preservatives). Good bun and does not fall apart too easily. They have two fryers, one just for the waffle fries (caliac safe). They fry all their breaded ingredients in the other fryer.

I went to the location inside Ford Field. It’s on the club level, so it may not be accessible to all people who attend events there.

Before I got in line, I checked with the manager to see if they had gluten free buns and a dedicated fryer like the main restaurant locations. He went into the kitchen to check on the bun situation for me, because sometimes, they run out. I was lucky, and they had plenty, plus he said they also use a dedicated fryer. There was nothing fried on the menu other than fries and tots, so I had no reason to doubt him.

I ate my delicious meal, and felt great afterwards. I was a little nervous about needing to eat at Ford Field, but this Wahlburgers location made me feel much better!

I’ve eaten here and have been fine but I’ve also eaten here and have gotten glutened. You need to tell the waiter you have an allergy. If you don’t they will cross contaminate your food. I suggest going when they are not super busy. Good tarot tots!

Not impressed. Was served my GF burger on a non GF bun. Their sauce is not GF. Fries were good. Do not think it is anything I would make a special trip for.

I had the "our burger" and it was so good. I also had a couple fries. Luckily it was an early night for us afterwards bc I have celiac disease and got so sick when I got home. I don't know what it was because the waiter said they are super cautious and even change their gloves before handling the food.

Delicious GF bun. Dedicated fryer for only fries. Had the "our burger". Tasty!! The only bad thing is they don't have a GF menu and the gal taking our order didn't know what was GF. She asked a manager and the manager quickly said everything we couldn't have and when we asked about the our burger - she said it was ok. Just would feel more comfortable knowing exactly what is gf with a written menu and knowing that all their staff is trained. They told me they Handle the gf rolls separate and only burgers go on the grill - no buns.

First time I came I was given a normal bun and told Wahl sauce was gf. Second time I was given a gf bun and told Wahl sauce was not gf. Last time I went I had no problems. I feel like they are doing better because they have been open for a year now.

Good place with a GF bun. Did not ask about the fryer because I just really, REALLY needed some tots and didn't want them to tell me I shouldn't have them. No reaction the next day.

While they do have a GF Bun and fries... It's just not good. I also don't usually have cross contamination issues, however I was in pain all night (EOE). We won't be going back. So many better options around. Unfortunate.
