Absolutely delish!! Great efforts to minimize cross contamination. They wash up and prepare in a separate location.

Very accommodating and aware of gluten-free options and take measures to limit cross contamination. The gluten-free pizza is made in an entirely separate little room away from main assembly area.

"It is possible that there may be trace amounts of flour among our toppings. Our team members would be happy to change their gloves and build your pizza in a separate prep area in the back upon request if you are allergic to gluten. Gluten-free pizzas are baked in an aluminum tray to promote easy identification and reduced gluten contact. However, since we do work around flour all day and ALL pizzas are baked in the same oven, we can not guarantee that trace particles of flour and/or gluten are not in and around gluten-free items."
Very friendly staff. As soon as I mentioned the gf she told me about the precautions the take. Very knowledgeable! The pizza was thin crust but delicious!

Great pizza and extremely helpful staff! I have a gluten and dairy allergy. They asked me to write my order down so there were no mistakes, they made it in a special area, and when they noticed I had requested the basil pesto for my pizza, they immediately came out to tell me that the pesto contained dairy and offered alternatives. After all of that amazing service, the pizza came out —- yummmm! Best GF crust I’ve had in a while, and I had no idea the cheese was vegan. I’d recommend them any time!

Spoke them about cross contamination and they make you feel super safe! They state to have an entirely separate little room for gluten free pizzas!

Great place for my whole family. The pizzas are great. After reading the reviews I felt confident about eating there. However the person who took my order must have been new. She took my order and asked it I had a gluten allergy which I said yes. She asked if I wanted my pizza done there or in back. I said where ever it safe since cross contamination was a big issue for my health. She said she would use all clean itemsbthwn disappeared. I then went to the end where she seemed lost. When she added the vinegar she used one that was already there, which I heard the previous customer had as well but then I thought maybe I heard wrong. While on the toppings she was not sure what was safe but another employee let us know. After writing this I am now thinking they used gloves to put the toppings on regular pizza crust. After we ate they picked up the trays all together, which made me think they either mark it on the bottom or they use the same pan for all pizzas. We we're on vacation and not likely be in the area again but find out.
Good pizza. They asked if I was allergen or life-style gluten free, and said that for allergies they would make up the pizza in the back to avoid cross contamination. Very impressed with that!

Came to Houston on a conference and this place is a haven! The only restaurant I've found near my hotel that takes gluten allergy seriously. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I read the reviews before I came here and I am glad I did. They were great with GF! The manager took my pizza to the back and made it there. They took my allergy very seriously and the pizza had a nice flavor.

If you tell them you have a serious gluten "allergy", they will prepare your gluten free pizza in the back kitchen in a separate oven using clean utensils. The lady who prepared my food told me she was going to wash up and change her gloves and apron before making my pizza. I felt very safe eating here, and the pizza crust was really good!
Yes
Great tasting gf pizza. I think my pie was prepared in the back since I stated that I have and 'allergy' not a 'preference'. Be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes for your gf pizza to cook.

Wow! some of the best GF pizza I've ever had. it's a build-your-own spot. As many toppings as you want for $8.99 plus $4 for gf crust. they ask if gf is preference or allergy, change gloves, make it in a separate area, go above and beyond to make sure no cross contamination. They've even got Daiya vegan cheese if you are DF! The crust is a nice crispy thin crust which I love. Wine available and sports on the tv, this place fits the bill for anybody. Had the pizza many times, never been sick.
Your Pie in the past has been so safe! I never had an issue until tonight. I watched them make my pizza on the same line as normal pizzas, didn’t get a clean pizza peel, or clean pizza cutter. I was hoping I was being over cautious, but here I am 2 hours later sick as can be. Very sad!

My family and I tried to eat here based on the previous reviews. When we walked in there was a couple infront of us ordering and one of them ordered a pasta dish. The lady took the scoop from the cheese, scooped the pasta and then put it back in the cheese. We walked right out. Way to much cross contamination, I would absolutely not recommend trying to eat here!!

They always ask if it’s an allergy of preference and they even had a cider on tap!

Great experience! Owner took my daughters pizza in the back area to prep as well as cut it. It is very obvious that they take allergens seriously. Highly recommend if you are looking for a safe option. (And the pizza was delicious as well).

I feel very safe here! I have wheat & egg allergies, and the gluten free crust for pizza being egg free as well is SO great! They prepare it in a separate area to reduce cross contamination. Safe and delicious!
