Best pizza I've had in a very long time. The guy making the pizza makes them to order right in front of you .. unless You're gf.. he then goes to the back to a designated gf space. He was so kind about the inconvenience & was quick to return.

Such a fun place! I got a gluten free crust and they completely made it separate from all other pizzas/toppings. Typical GF thin crust, but tasty nonetheless.

For the pizza: 5 stars. They made it in the back and put the pizza in its own metal container and then in shared pizza oven. I asked an employee their process before we ordered and he was really assuring. Pizza was kind of like a pita bread base, really good.

For the girl taking our order (Annika?): 1. My daughter ordered and as soon as she asked for gf this employee started with a “this is such a bother attitude.” Asked if it was a preference or allergy - fair question. She answered allergy and this employee just stared at her for too long and then made a big deal out of having to hand a piece of paper to the guy making it in the back. I saw the blood drain from my daughter’s face and kept my mama bear cool, but it wasn’t easy! We both agreed we would’ve walked out If this town had more options. It already sucks to be different and have to ask for gf, no reason to be rude and act put out about our order.

I have celiac and am very sensitive. I have come to this location many times and never had a problem. When ordering you need to tell them you want the gluten free crust, and then they will ask “For allergy or preference?” If you have an allergy definitely say allergy, because they will make your order in the back away from all the contaminated toppings. They are always very nice and they understand celiac very well. Me and my sister both have celiac and always enjoy the pizza!!

Staff knew what to do immediately when asked about Celiac precautions. They have a dedicated section of the kitchen for preparing GF pizzas on a special dedicated pan. The manager came to the table to notify us that the pizza had accidentally been contaminated in preparation and would have to be prepared again. The integrity was very encouraging. Oh- and the pizza was delicious!!

They were very knowledgeable about Celiacs and made my pizza in the back away from the counter and with an entirely different staff member. They put on separate pan and never made pizzas in between mine. BEST GLUTEN FREE WOOD FIRE PIZZA I have ever had!!! My gosh will I be returning. Did not got sick. This Celiac was VERY happy with her experience!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. When you order, tell them you have an allergy and they will make it in the back with separate toppings, trays, and cutters. Even after a football game they were very busy and still were very cautious and i did not get sick (I have celiac so cross contamination is a big concern for me). Also this was the best gluten free pizza I have ever had, it tastes just like regular pizza!

I have not gotten sick from the pizza, plus it is one of the better GF pizzas I have enjoyed. They are very courteous about gluten sensitivity, but the prep are makes me suspect cross- contamination is possible. I recommend it.

Very friendly and understanding. They asked if it was a preference or allergy. I told them allergy and they made the pizza in the back so it wasn't put near the other dough. Cooked in the regular fast-fired over, on a separate sheet so it didn't touch.

Very nice about it; let them know it’s an allergy not a preference and they will make the pizza in the back where it is not in a contaminated area up front. they also have small packaged ceaser salads (no croutons) and of course the gelato is GF

The staff seemed knowledgeable about cross contamination and separate cooking areas, which is great and appreciated! I did not get sick. However the pizza had no flavor at all. Unlikely I will eat here again.
