Had a make your own pizza bowl, which is all the stuff you get on your pizza but no bread. They put sauce, mozzarella, and your choice of4 toppings In a bowl and bake it. Delicious and gluten free! Friendly, helpful service.

Their cauliflower crust is gluten free. Due to the chances of cross contamination it’s not a 100% gluten free place

I’ve ordered many gluten free pizzas from here without any problem.. until the day I got one that either was seriously cross contaminated or was regular crust. I ended up in the ER by ambulance. 3 pieces of pizza cost me 9000$

Update: 10-23-21: nope…not GF. Store claims “gluten friendly” but not on this most recent trip. My tummy feels “unfriendly.”
They offer a gluten-free crust. It’s not fabulous but passable. Not certain about the safety of each of the toppings. The ham and pineapple GF pizza is my go-to and so far, so good.

Celiac with over 25 years of gluten free behind me. Marco’s gf pizza is hands down the best. If you like thin crust, awesome thin crust pizza. Crispy. Great pizza!

I called to see if Marco’s had a GF pizza and they said YES! And continued to tell me how they use clean new gloves and prepare it in a clean and GF area. Wow! Just received my pizza and it’s amazing.

I have hashimoto's and gluten generally makes me sick to my stomach and have a thyroid attack (feels like I have a bad flu for a few days). I'm not celiac. Ordered my first gluten free pizza from here (you have to choose medium crust for gluten friendly to appear online). It was pretty good, a little greasy, but it's pizza so.... I always like options and I didn't get sick from it! Always a win!

I have not yet had a problem with the gluten free pizza here, but I'm not terribly sensitive. They have gluten-free screens for the gluten-free pizzas and cut them with a clean knife. The boxes come with a gluten-free sticker in them. That said, the pizzas go through the same oven as gluten containing food and, as in any oizza place that is not strictly gluten-free, there is flour in the air. I used to eat there before I was diagnosed with celiac, and I can say the gluten-free crust here tastes almost identical to their regular thin crust pizza. It does only come in the medium size, though. Also, avoid the crust toppers, as some have gluten and the person taking the order is not always aware of that.

Best gluten free crust ever. It tastes just like a thin crust pizza. Crunchy, and delicious. They have a designated pan, screen, cooking area, and utensils for GF.

There is no gluten free pizza available. It’s “gluten friendly”- whatever that means. Gluten is either poison to your body or neutral. This place shouldn’t be listed in this app.

Awesome GF pizza crust! They have a couple GF options: 1) a pizza bowl. Just get without romesan seasoning (it has bread crumbs). It’s very yummy. 2) they have an awesome GF pizza crust. For online ordering, select the Medium size and the GF option will appear. I almost couldn’t believe it was GF it was so good. Now one of my favorite pizza places. Note they do not have dedicated cooking, so cross contamination may occur.

I called to ask about the gluten free pizza at this location and was told that they only could provide me with “gluten friendly”. So, I asked what that meant for them and the man said that they clean the workspace, put on gloves, get out fresh ingredients and have a separate cooking section that are only for the gluten friendly options.

I called ahead to inquiry about the gf pizza and cross contamination. The manager explained that they change gloves, work in a separate area of the kitchen and walk it through the oven. 3 of us have gluten issues and I’m a sensitive celiac. None of us had any issues and we ordered 3 pizzas and wings. The pizza was amazing. They will be our new go-to pizza place!

The pizza is delicious but it's not safe for celiac. They use a different ladle but they use the same sauce that's already been contaminated.
No
Of all the chain gluten free pizza from chains out there this is without a doubt the best . Also , all other chains only make gf pizza small size . Marcos has a medium which was more than enough for 2 of us . So not only does it taste the best , it’s the cheapest.

I was very impressed with this store. I called them to have them walk me through their procedure with their gluten friendly (gluten free) pizza and they had all of the right steps EXCEPT they cut all pizzas on the same wooden board at the end. We told them just to skip cutting the pizza and put it straight from the over in to the box. It was so good too and my celiac daughter had zero problems with it. We will def go there again and will take the same precautions to call, have them walk me through it and skip the cutting station. Oh and the gluten free crust is only in medium size.
Yes
Same oven but it’s one of those conveyor ovens, has its own prep area, own gluten free only trays. Eaten here 15-20 times with a family of celiacs and never had an issue. You can order online, customize a medium and the crust option is there.

This place has the best gluten-free pizza! I've eaten her several times and never been sick!
They offer all their pizzas with a ‘Gluten Friendly’ crust - Medium size only. They disclaim totally Gluten-free with a warning label on the box that it’s prepared in a shared environment. That said I was VERY impressed and I had no effects. This will be my go-to for pizza. I love the different combinations on the menu plus you can build your own. Awesome pizza sauce! On-line ordering: choose Medium and you will see the Gluten Friendly option. They also have salads.
They have a tub filled with GF baking utensils that are supposed to be used only for the GF crusts. However, I’m not sure about their cleaning methods.
They have a medium gluten free pizza and most toppings are gf.

Need to remove this pizza place. It’s not gf
They have gluten free pizza dough in medium size. Such good pizza. However this location consistently runs out of it and substitutes with regular dough, without saying a word. If you order, make sure to call and make it clear it has to be gluten free and have them check that they have it.
The pizza is only gluten friendly, not gluten free. Also the pizza was so hard to chew, I couldn’t eat enough to get full before my jaw tired out.
No
I haven’t ever had a problem with their gluten free pizza as a celiac.
Yes
Staff member had a mom that was celiac so he was very knowledgeable. Glove change. Not in a celiac safe space but I did not have a reaction.
Very friendly staff and close to the bars for easy run pick up if you are on Turner Street or night out it'll be only 8 minutes away
They don’t even wear gloves let alone change them. Flour was everywhere! I refused my pizza and left. Nasty place
I don't know what made me order from this place considering there is a closer pizza restaurant but I thought I'd give it a shot. They do not have a dedicated kitchen and I understand the risks. That being said, this is AMAZING!!!
Good pizza and they don't charge extra! Great customer service.
I have celiac and have eaten here at least 3 times in the last couple of months (both carry out and delivery) and have never gotten sick. The pizza is delicious and it’s always cooked well and not burned, like some GF pizza places tend to do. I’m also pretty sensitive to cross contamination, and I have never been sick from this Marco’s location. I will definitely continue to eat here!
Yes
I’ve eaten here numerous times and have never gotten sick. The staff takes their GF pizza very seriously! (And it’s yummy!)
Yes
Their gluten free crust is pretty darn good. Even though there isn’t a dedicated gluten free space, the staff tries very hard to avoid cross-contamination. They have separate gf sauce scoops, pizza screens, and pizza cutters. They put the gluten-free crust directly on the pizza screen so it never touches the counter. But because they have regular pizza, they can’t say there’s no chance of cross-contamination. They avoid it very well usually.
My daughter was starving so we got a pizza. The staff followed our instructions and we didn’t get sick. I am a celiac and have 2 children that have several food intolerances and allergies. I don’t know that all workers are so willing to be so careful
dedicated oven but pizza was greasy
