Good pizza so far no reaction. Cauliflower crust was not the best but also not the worst.

I didn’t have a reaction, so that’s positive. Otherwise, very disappointing. The cauliflower crust is bland and hard. They use canned mushrooms. I had it delivered and it was lukewarm. Might have been better hot.

If you order in the morning/early afternoon when they are not busy, they will open all new sauces and toppings and prepare your pizza in the back. You have to call them and speak to them and can't order online if you are concerned about cross contamination. The pizza is delicious. If you order when they are busy it's not safe for celiac as they will use a different ladle but they will use the same sauce that's already been contaminated.

I’ve tried all kinds of gluten free crusts and I think their cauliflower crust is my favorite. It does have a little bit of an aftertaste but i personally don’t mind. Highly recommend

The best New York style gf crust I’ve ever tasted. It is made from scratch and the staff is very knowledgeable about making sure there is no cross-contamination. I’m a sensitive celiac and had no issues at all! We got the 14” gf crust with pepperoni, cheese, and black olives. A pretty simple pizza that was made outstanding! Will definitely be back.

Excellent gluten free crust, never had any problems with there gluten free crust pizza, usually get sausage and cheese on gluten free crust
They were out of Cauliflower crusts so I ordered a few pizza Bowls and salads. The pizza bowl is just the toppings and no crust- they are big! One can feed 2-3 people especially if you got a salad. Salads can add chicken and be a whole meal, so we had enough for lunch for our family of 4 the next day plus a snack.

My favorite pizza is from here
I ordered the cauliflower crust pizza. You can only get it in a small. The staff did inform me that they could not guarantee no cross contamination. They did say they would make it in a separate area though. The box was marked saying that they could not promise zero cross contamination for Celiacs. I had high hopes but was sadly glutened. I started to have terrible symptoms and was completely out of it the next day. I would not recommend ordering from here if you are sensitive to cross contamination.

I love love love this gf crust! It can be added to any of their pizzas or you can build your own. I have celiac disease and while obviously all chain restaurants that are not certified gf (especially pizza places) pose a cross contamination risk, I have never felt sick after eating the pizza here. That said eat at your own risk!

Marco’s offers a very good cauliflower crust, however there is heavy cross contamination so I wouldn’t recommend if you’re celiac

We have been ordering Marco’s for years, but the last couple of times they have made both my daughter and I sick. I am sorry to say we won’t be ordering from them ever again.

If you call and tell them it’s a Gluten allergy when you order the cauliflower cruise pizza, they make sure to use a new spoodle ect. My daughter is gluten sensitive and has not had a reaction.

I never used to have a problem eating here. Pizza was always delicious. All of Marcos switched their gluten free crust, I’ve ate it twice and had a terrible reaction each time. Sucks because they were my go to pizza spot. All for Marcos to save a buck(even worse that they’re Toledo business).

We have had issues in the past with quality and safety.
Either the pizza has almost no toppings or only time it came with wheat flour on it and I called and asked why ? Since it was gluten free
And the kid said he didn’t know it’s not a big deal just dust it off. The manager is never there and can’t be bothered to answer the phone.
They do offer delivery but that’s if they actually show up. Our last time ordering they pulled into our driveway we came out and they backed up and left .
It took 3 weeks to get a refund. Never again

I have not been there yet as recently found out I was gluten intolerant but was recommended by a GF friend.
I was not able to watch them prepare the pizza, but it goes in the same oven. The crust tasted like cardboard! It was literally the worst gluten free anything I have ever had. Not worth the money.

Changing my review after discovering They no longer offer the ‘Gluten Friendly’ medium crust - that was quite good. They switched to a personal-size cauliflower crust. All cauliflower-based crusts have a strong cauliflower taste and do NOT resemble an Italian pizza. Too bad.
Ordered the pizza bowl and experienced no issues. They also offer a gluten free cauliflower pizz. Staff seem educated on cross contamination prevention.

The new gluten free crust gave me a gluten reaction. I never once had a problem with the old crust and have eaten it for years. The new cauliflower crust tastes bad and gave me a reaction. I’m not celiacs, but have Hashimoto’s and my symptoms flared up after eating two slices of the new “gluten friendly” cauliflower crust. I won’t go back there unless they bring the old one back.

July 2022 Update: they changed the gf crust to a cauliflower crust, and it’s a step in the wrong direction taste-wise. It’s ok and safe pizza is still better than getting sick, I’m just sad that it’s not as good as it was with the old crust.
I have been getting gf pizza from this location for several years. They consistently deliver a great pizza and take the gf precautions seriously. I have consumed a LOT of bad to mediocre pizza since my diagnosis, so I am thrilled to find a place I can count on for delicious and yummy pizza.
One caveat, since Marco's is a chain/franchise, I would definitely go through the litany of questions (dedicated utensils, cooking mat, etc) at each location.

Update: 10-23-21: nope…not GF. Store claims “gluten friendly” but not on this most recent trip. My tummy feels “unfriendly.”
They offer a gluten-free crust. It’s not fabulous but passable. Not certain about the safety of each of the toppings. The ham and pineapple GF pizza is my go-to and so far, so good.
