The strawberry/blueberry GFwaffle was delicious! It comes with a warm strawberry syrup that is made in house. You will not be disappointed here.

The server told us the GF waffle was cooked on a separate waffle iron. It was extremely light and fluffy - not convinced it was GF as my daughter and husband were glutened. Other food consumed by them were a side of bacon and bacon avocado skillet, which we were assured were GF. Unfortunately I don’t think we will go back.

My fiancee (celiac) and sister (Graves’ disease) both love going here. They have a multitude of different gluten options that you normally wouldn’t see at breakfast/brunch restaurants. Menu is neatly labeled for GF options and staff is very knowledgeable.

Excellent ! Free parking lot, great food and service. I had the strawberry gluten free pancake platter. They make their own strawberry syrup and whip cream, delicious! Their GF pancakes with moist, thick and fluffy. These were not undercooked, sometimes when you have thick and moist it tends to be gooey but not the case here. They make their own pancake batter. Coffee was excellent ! We went at 11:30 on Sunday and it was busy with people waiting but we didn’t have to wait long. Maybe 10 minutes. Service was great and quick. I wish there was one in Nashville where I live, I would go here again.

Ice cold hash browns and tasteless veggie omelet. The upside: good and attentive service, comfortable patio seating, and good unsweetened iced tea.

Both my girls are celiac. We had no issues. They came out with sticks that said allergy. We called ahead the cooks confirmed they cook it on a separate skillet and separate side of the grill. Always call ahead in case anything changes! And the pancakes were very good

This is a new-ish café with wonderfully fluffy & tasty GF blueberry pancakes & other items. However, I agree with other people’s assessments on safety. There were some chocolate chips at one edge of my pancake, presumably from a previous order. It is a busy kitchen so it is not surprising for there to be some cross-contamination. It is hard to avoid I’m sure. I was fine but just worth noting.

What a wonderful spot for breakfast or lunch! I am always nervous to eat in Florida due to the lack of reviews for restaurants around, but this was a good choice! The manager, server and chef were all able to give the same answers of what could be safely made in a pan and free of cross contact with gluten, and what cannot be. I was informed the pancakes and waffles cannot be done safely. The menu notes what can be made gluten free, and with an inquiry even some items not marked can be made safely. The corn beef hash with eggs was delicious!

I always order the gluten-free pancakes when I go to skillets in Naples and in Bonita Springs. They are very tasty. I now have my mom hooked on the gluten-free pancakes.

A very cozy family friendly place with the best gf fluffy pancakes! I had the chicken tacos and my husband had the pancake platter. They are very knowledgeable about gf cross contamination and their menu.

We just had our first experience at Skillets of Boca Raton. Believe me, all the positive reviews are deserving I had ordered the Potato Egger Skillet GF. I mentioned that I need gluten free and Robert proceeded to hit the button for gluten allergy. The pancake was marked with a gluten free tag. Everything was great. Between the food and the service, you can't go wrong at this spot.

I’m thrilled to have another place to eat that’s sage for celiac!! I’m a super sensitive celiac and this place knows gluten & cross contamination!! Stop here & enjoy the bliss of not cooking. They have outside & inside dining.

We have eaten here 3 times in the past couple weeks. If I’m counting carbs..I go with the keto skillet. If it’s a cheat day for carbs the gf Belgian waffle is amazing!! Hubby likes the gf banana pancakes. The servers, cooks, & managers are very knowledgeable. The hosts are young kids that aren’t really sure..so just talk to your server. My husband & I both have celiac..neither one of us had symptoms & the food comes out clearly marked

The food is delicious and they are safe. The manager came over and discussed what was safe for my daughter with celiacs to eat. When we ordered the waiter was very knowledgeable. The skillets are cooked separately as are the pancakes. We had 2 skillets and gf pancakes and they were very tasty. Gf pancakes come out with tagged to separate them and my daughter didn’t get sick

While I appreciate the marked GF options, they aren’t careful with cross contamination, using the same waffle cooker, utensils, pancake griddle, etc. I asked the manager if they could clean off the cook top for my pancake and she said yes but there’s no guarantee they won’t use the same utensil that touched a wheat pancake. I went ahead and risked it. I did feel a bit nauseous after but no sharp stomach pain/head over the toilet. Honestly, the consistency was just okay. The scrambled eggs were burnt (like couldn’t eat them) and the hash brown cheese casserole was just okay. Honestly, I wouldn’t care to come back at all if I lived in Ft Myers.

Breakfast / brunch restraunt near Florida Gulf Coast University. Can get crowded when school is in session and snowbirds are in town for the winter but had no wait on a Saturday in May. While not an extensive GF selection there are enough items to choose from to satisfy. I had a "skillet" which had potatoes, scrambled eggs, and bacon. It comes with toast but when I ordered GF they mentioned they don't have GF bread but offered a GF pancake as a substitute. It was great! I was diagnosed celiac later in life so remember the decadent pleasure of pancakes with butter and syrup and this tastes EXACTLY the same as any pancake made with wheat. I loved that it came with a little GF marker on it (which I wish all kitchens would use) and am guessing they do that since most people would think it was standard issue pancake batter. The servers had little understanding of GF but a manager helped out which was appropriate and appreciated. With high rates of turnover among staff in the hospitality industry, I'm sure training is a challenge. My wife had a breakfast sandwich (not GF) and loved it so good for all appetites.

Only been once but here was my first experience. Food was delicious and came out with a gluten free labeled stick. GF labeled on menu. Kitchen has a button for celiac/gluten allergy and know to take precautions. Potatoes cooked in casserole in an oven as well as peppers onions etc. manager was able to make my eggs in separate pan. So I got a delicious skillet! Also came with gluten free pancake that was insanely good. Manager was SO helpful and nice.

I have been here several times and food is delicious. Best GF panckes. I have Celiac and IBSD. I have not have any issues per say. You take a chance eating out at any restaurant unless it is totally a GF kitchen which is rare. I recommend this place for its GF pancakes. I am not a waffle person so cannot comment on that.

Just left and feeling good so far. This location does not have dedicated prep area or pans however the pans are cleaner in between each prep.
Our server Megan was extremely knowledgeable and actually made several recommendations while order to help reduce risk of cross contamination or accidental glutening.
I got the GF pancake platter with bacon, and plain grits. Megan said to avoid the waffles if Celiac and the sausages and shredded cheese as well due to undisclosed ingredients (too high a risk)

Truly LOVE, LOVE there gluten free waffles !!! Perfect every time. Staff in Bonita Beach Road location are Phenomenal!💞👍🏻🙌🏻
Yes
The waitress said they have a dedicated waffle iron. I happen to be sitting at the bar where I could easily see all the waffle irons. All three were being used. I thought. Hmmm.... 33% of the restaurant is GF Hardly! I asked the mgr about this. I was told they do not enforce their dedicated iron rule.??????????? Then don't tell people you have one. I went to other Skillets and recieved the same information. Stay away from Skillets if you have to have GF.
Amazing! I've been to this location 4 times now because the food is to die for and lots of gf options and they cook in separate area in separate pans. Last time I got the banana pecan pancakes. Very clean restaurant and staff is friendly.

Pancakes and waffles are cooked on the same spot as gluten versions. They said eggs were in their own pan but after a few questions it was clear several employees had no idea what CC. We drank (weak) coffee and left. Won’t be returning.

Staff was knowledgeable. I had no issues.
Gluten free brunch right off the plane near RSW airport. Felicity was amazingly attentive to details keeping everything safe for us to devour. Asked for pancakes to be done in a separate pan and they were happy to oblige. Great start to our vacation.
