I had the corned beef hash which came with breakfast potatoes, eggs and fresh fruit of berries and melon. The potatoes are fried in the same fryer but I talked to the executive chef and he says he can boil them in water instead and then could sauté so they will not be cross contaminated.
They also have turkey sausage and turkey bacon. It is uncured and no fillers.
They have fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juices
The chicken is Coleman brand and antibiotic free.
Separate waffle maker for gf waffles and they clean the grill very often and will clean grill before making your pancakes if requested.
I would call the chef out to the table because the waiter was not up to date on the particulars.
Overall it was a great experience!
They also use free range omega 3 eggs.

The staff knew what gluten free was. We have eaten there at least 20 times at any time of the day. NEVER had a problem. So nice to feel safe to eat

Upon entering the restaurant the door handles are whisks. I knew I was in for a special treat. My breakfast was amazing. All foods are labeled GF. The staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this restaurant if in the area.
Not on the menu, but they do have GF bread!
Visited here for brunch. Other than replacing bread and ordering eggs there was very little our 9 year old could eat. They were able to adapt the menu and make her a grilled cheese sandwich but definitely not gf pasta or pancakes available as listed by a previous diner.
Great for celiacs!! Very knowledgeable staff
Yes
There is no GF menu. Omelette, salad and fruit bowl are the only safe options. No GF bread.
Echoing another reviewer, gluten free options were essentially just salad and staff made no suggestions of any other options that could be modified.
Staff was aware of GF needs. Omelette was great. Service was great. Potatoes are dipped in flour so I was disappointed that I couldn’t have them. Would definitely go again.
Yes
Good food, but not a dedicated facility and have no dedicated kitchen area.
What a great "eggsperience"! Our waitress, Michelle, was attentive to my sensitivity to gluten and helped with options.
Nothing is gluten free other than salad and fruit. Everything else is cooked on shared surfaces, including shared fryer. Definitely not okay for Celiacs. Not sure why it’s appearing in this ap.
No
This location is always slow. Servers and hosts have no interest in helping you. Go to Leesburg for really good GF service. Centerville is okay. We will NEVER go to this location again.

Waiter was super helpful. Had kitchen made my meal special with no dairy for the potatoes. Tasted amazing
Yes
Menu is adaptable and gluten free bread available. No chips as due to cross contamination.
This place has been great about hearing their customer’s GF needs and making adjustments. They offer GF flatbread now, as well as GF waffles. It’s so nice to find places that want to give their GF customers interesting food and not just salad.
Great GF omelette with a GF bagel on side. Knowledgeable wait staff. Was told there’s a notice to the kitchen for gluten allergies. Wait staff even pointed out potatoes are fried in the same fryer as gluten products & served separately (or replaced).
Very disappointing! The GF Eggs Benedict was gross! We couldn’t eat the bagel because it was so hard, lacked flavor, and service was slow. We will not be returning! Also, so overpriced!
The food here is amazing, unfortunately however, there aren't many gluten free or dairy free options (or other allergies). For gluten free you can do eggs or a salad, with one or two other main dish options (which all have dairy). The waitstaff is very friendly and willing to assist to try and accommodate, but the options are just limited.

Very good GF breakfast......GF bagels (although a bit small, was very good) eggs, sausage, ham, Canadian bacon, bacon ....yum!
Yes
Good omelettes, careful about cross contamination. They offer two kinds of bagels, plus fruit that are gluten free.
Yes
They do not have a separate gluten free menu but are accommodating. I ate at one location and also another location. Was not told at the first location that the black beans are not gluten free ( thankfully didn’t eat them) but was told at the second location I ate at that the black beans have gluten in them.
Decent gluten free menu- my favorite is Eggs Benedict on polenta!
Great food. Waitress didn't know what gluten was though. I honestly thought I was in the clear until a day later but seriously it must've been a very minimal trace, almost no symptoms

Great breakfast and lunch spot. Good gluten free options.
Server was not knowledgeable at all. Even after emphasizing that I was a celiac and expressing that I could not have ANY wheat - they still brought my breakfast out with toast touching my eggs. Sounds silly but one crumb can make me sick for days.
Menu lists GF items. Have GF bagels. Many good options. Accommodating.
Delicious!! My most favorite meals are the Bayou Benedict and the All American breakfast.
Enjoyed the sunrise omelet, and especially appreciated the GF bagel and roasted (not the Lyonnaise -- they are careful about that) potatoes. Nice accommodation.
A great menu with a nice selection of gluten-free items. Server was knowledge about gluten issues.
Excellent selections. Food is great!

The food was nothing special for the price. My omelette was tasty but dry and under seasoned. It cost extra to substitute fruit for potatoes. My bill came to $20 for an omelette with fruit and a coffee. The menu specifies which dishes can be altered and made GF but it doesn't tell you how. I was expecting potatoes and GF toast and just got fruit. The fruit was very good, though! I just wish the menu, or my server, had specified GF meant no potatoes or toast.
