The answer is yes, they do have a "gluten free" menu and there are couple options but, you pay for the experience rather than the food. The food is not celiac friendly and I would be wary if you are gluten free for medical reasons.

Pleasant cashier but unfortunately I couldn’t trust eating here. When I tested my cheese enchiladas on my nima sensor it was positive for gluten. They are up front warning about potential cross contamination and I think that’s what it was. They have a gluten free menu so they have offerings but the cc might get you.

Manager knew which menu items contained flour in them and were cross contaminated. Burrito bowl is gluten free except for chimichirri sauce which has flour in it. Tested bowl with nima sensor and it came out gluten free.

Great tacos, but have asked for corn tortillas and often receive flour which look similar. Have gotten sick. This place isn’t recommended for celiac.

I ordered off the gluten free menu and didn’t order corn chips as I was aware the frier is not gluten free, however I still ended up sick that night. Ordering from Fuzzy’s was the only variance from my diet today. From what I can tell, their cross contamination prevention is unclear.

They are not setup to prevent cross-contamination. When I went to return the flour tortillas they served with my breakfast nestled inside, I saw them warming up all the tortillas on a flat burner. It was then that I realized that having them recook my eggs with corn tortillas would be futile. Although I was very clear about everything being gluten-free from the beginning, they did not seem to understand it at all or my questions during the return. They kindly offered to give me a refund. Nice enough people.

Staff was incredible!! I walked in overwhelmed, (normally doing my research to a new restaurant before hand, I was out with friends and did not) the sweet girl at the counter went back and got the nutrition list and tgen helped me search it asking me my favorites and what I simply dislike. She then talked to the kitchen staff to ensure no cross contamination as she could tell I was overwhelmed and worried about that occurring. Great chicken enchiladas (In corn tortillas) with the simple rice and beans!

There is a posted gluten free menu. I asked if the chips are fried in the same fryer as other items. She said they were. She also told me the corn tortillas for the enchiladas are dipped in the fryer. She suggested I have the tacos. Rice and beans are also gf. I had a chicken and a brisket taco. Both were very good and this Celiac did not get sick.

6/14/21: I did just fine with my grilled shrimp tacos and my bean and cheese taco. I enjoyed them. Staff didn’t seem to know a lot about what gluten-free really meant but they tried to work with me and I am not ill.
6/16/21 Update: I ended up with a headache and nausea later Monday evening after eating at Fuzzy’s. The headache/migraine remained all day Tuesday and and on Wednesday morning. Not sure if this was exacerbated by several days of 100 degree heat or not, or if the heat was the cause. Still not quite right.

I called ahead to ask about cross contamination and talked to a manager. He said their fryer is usually just for their corn tortilla chips but they recently added a crispy flour tortilla so the chips are not celiac safe. The kitchen staff will change gloves if asked. When I ordered, I had them mark my dish GF, alert the kitchen of a gluten allergy, and ask the kitchen staff to change gloves. I got a burrito bowl with grilled shrimp.

The cashier when I went indicated he has family with celiac and recommended I not eat there... Basically everything is gluten-free (just google for their specific gluten-free menu), but he said the quesadillas are cooked on the same flat top as the corn tortillas and other items... so, he explained the risk of contamination. It was late in the day, hours past lunch and I was starving; had to eat. It was pretty good (but not good enough to risk being sick)... however... I did not show any signs of gluten exposure after eating there 2 days ago. So, they seemed to do pretty well. Not sure if I'll go back or not.

They had a menu labeled gluten free but at the bottom of the menu, it stated everything on their menu is either cooked in the same oil, made on the grill, or they used the same utensils as all other food.

When I arrived I asked the employee at check out about what their knowledge of GF. If she wasn’t knowledgeable then I needed to speak with the manager. She said he’s not available he went to the bank. She ended up having to call him. She was unable to find their GF menu. They have a disclaimer online that they make every attempt to avoid cross contact but can’t guarantee there wouldn’t be traces of gluten in the food since their food is prepared in a common kitchen. I ordered a breakfast taco. Was watching their preparations in the kitchen. They put the wheat tortillas on the same grill with the corn tortillas. It was apparent that they took no precautions to avoid cross contact. They didn’t change gloves. The same gloves that touch your GF corn tortillas reach into the bag and touch the wheat tortillas so definite cross contamination. They say their chips are GF but they fry them in a common fryer. This was very disappointing since there was a good review of this location. The review of this location however was 3 years ago so I was very cautious and purposefully watched how they prepared it. If you aren’t concerned about cross contamination then you would be fine eating here but for celiacs I would say don’t eat there.

Their website lists gluten free options.
Edit: A couple of times, they put my tortilla on the same grill as the wheat tortilla. I went there yesterday, and they seemed to have no idea how to be careful about cc. If I eat there, I feel like I have to be extra careful now. They fry the chips at the beginning of the day, but they have other things in their fryer

I ordered GF breakfast tacos, and they came out on flour tortillas. When I mentioned it (super nicely) they flipped the ingredients into a corn tortilla. I said I was celiac and asked them to remake it because I would get sick if it touched a regular tortilla and they laughed at me. Won’t be going back.
The options are plentiful however the CC isn’t worth the risk for mediocre food.

I don’t believe this location has many safety protocols and that the fryer is shared.
I’ve eaten at other locations (years ago) and didn’t have any problems. I have gotten sick every time at this one, despite trying different combos and options.
Fuzzy’s is a cheap and easy place to go with friends! I wouldn’t go to this location if you have celiac though.

This is one of a few places in Granbury that I thought were safe for celiacs. Their gluten free menu is kind of hard to find on their website, but if you google gluten free fuzzy’s taco granbury it comes up. Note that all tortillas, shells, chips, etc are cooked in the same fryer and warmed up on the same surface as the flour tortillas so that slashes about half the regular menu. But the gf menu is pretty clear on which items contain those, so it’s not hard to avoid. I called beforehand, as always, and the person who answered assured me that they could handle gf needs. I also had them flag my order, and asked them to change their gloves and use separate utensils when they cooked my veggie fajita bowl. It was ok, fresher than I expected. 3.5/5. Bit of a bummer about the fryer, but what can ya do. I added a photo of their gf menu to this listing in case it’s hard to find.

Gluten free menu with a great selection: at this location (Gilbert AZ) the managers sibling hAs Celiac so they are very knowledgeable about the disease and risks for CC. Dedicated frier in the back! Our new favorite place!!!
Yes
The food was average and I was slightly nervous about eating the food. I didn’t get sick but if you are celiac I wouldn’t recommend.
This location has had staffing issues before I went Gluten free. I ate lunch there today & they were great about the menu. I did not see gluten free on my order receipt. I asked the cooks (open chef window) if they knew my order was gluten free he said everything back here was. That scared me. I rolled w/ it since I don't know my sensitivity level yet & what I ordered has a pretty low rate of CC anyway. When they called our order up thy said they took all precautions changing gloves & utensils to avoid CC. I did not have any irritations. They pulled through in the end. If you decide to go just be really friendly & tip. It is a crazy place & usually under staffed or the crowds. The food is delicious
I read great reviews on here about it being celiac friendly. I never eat out due to cross contamination but wanted to do so with my family over the holidays. I was most excited about the dedicated fryer for their chips; however their second fryer was broken so they were putting everything in one. I was really disappointed but they did have a decent sized gf menu. I ordered their cheese dip with tortillas and soft beef tacos. Others ordered steak nachos. Everything was extremely good and fresh! Afterwards, I did get really tired and had a small upset stomach but that could’ve been other factors; I did not have any of my typical exposure reactions. I will definitely go back!
Edit: I have since found out that the beef tacos have gluten. My symptoms of exposure have changed a little now and I hadn’t realized it. I changed my rating down to 4 stars bc the staff should’ve informed me I can’t have beef tacos.
I gave this place a try multiple times. I was always assured they had gluten-free options but more often than not I ended up with a reaction. I think there are issues of cross-contamination. I would never eat there if you are celiac.

I got so so sick here. They have gluten free options but they’re options that aren’t celiac safe. Definitely don’t recommend if you actually have an allergy

The BEST Mexican food ever! There’s a GF menu & dairy free menu. The menus are huge & prices are very affordable. The chips & salsa is AMAZING!! My entire family family that’s not GF enjoyed it too.

We tried to order plain nachos with just cheese but it was unable to order online so we ordered on the phone. When we got the food, the nachos weren’t cooked much. The cheese was just tossed on top of the chips and wasn’t cooked.

The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free preparation. You can get a fresh margarita that is on the rocks gluten free, but not a frozen one. You can have the chips, salsa and guacamole dips. They have an extensive gluten free menu. I love this place.
