Açaí bowls are safe to order gluten free, but I wouldn’t eat anything else here. The paninis are made on the same equipment, but they use wax paper. I don’t think that’s safe for a celiac. I would stick to açaí bowls only here.

Salads. Grain bowls. Acai bowls. Smoothies. Plenty of awesome options. They appeared to have pretty good gf practices. Acai bowl was delicious! Salads are amazing. I ate here all week and WOOOOW. I'M IN LOVE.

I like to go here for fruit smoothies. I have good experience with those. Also they sell little packaged snacks that are gluten free. Haven’t ventured to try the baked potato, salad or other lunch options. It is the place I feel best eating at the City Creek mall

I've visited a Vitality Bowls in Orlando as well. They take food allergies very seriously and are quite helpful when you order. I always get an acai bowl or a smoothie here - they're so good.

Vitality bowls is a very safe option for celiacs as they are very careful with cross contamination and there are a lot of gf options like wraps, paninis, and açaí bowls, and salads!

I am visiting from out of town and have eaten here twice. The first time, I had a great experience and did not get sick. The second time I visited was a different story. They do not have allergy menus explaining which foods may have been safe/unsafe for a celiac to eat.
I asked the staff to advise what might be safe and was informed that while they had been trained on safe practices when an allergy is present, they were not informed about what might contain gluten.
When I asked about the GF paninis and toast, I was told that they used the same equipment on both gluten and gluten free products.
Not having much confidence, I ended up ordering exactly the same thing I had eaten previously and ended up feeling sick.
I am sure that this CAN be a safe place to eat if the staff on duty is knowledgeable. With better training and documentation, this could be a solid place to get a quick and delicious bite to eat!

I have eaten here twice, the first time I had a chimichurri steak wrap that was delicious. The second time I had the power pesto chicken bowl which was also delicious! I am extremely sensitive to gluten/cross contact and I have not had any issues. They have gluten free wraps, bread and granola.

Everything can be made gluten free. They have Acai bowls, smoothies, salads, panini, wraps, grain bowls. All gluten free! They have gluten free procedures for allergy safety that the employees follow. My daughter is gluten free and we’ve always felt safe eating here
— Yes, the establishment is dedicated gluten-free

The cafe is mostly gluten free. There are one or two items that are not. I can’t remember what they are. They do have gf wraps available. They only use almond and coconut milk. The cafe closes at 8 pm so you can grab lunch and dinner here also. This is a health conscious place so the drink options are smoothies, juice, bottled tea, and water.

I didn’t actually eat here. I tried to call ahead to see if there was something I could eat for lunch. The guy started telling me about the fruit and gluten free granola. There is no chef to ask. He seemed to be guessing and told me about stuff that might have dairy in it and asked if fruit is naturally GF? Too many things he said made me feel like he was guessing and didn’t know what gluten was, so I was too scared to actually eat there. Maybe someday they will have a GF menu that spells it all out clearly.

I ordered an acai bowl with gluten free granola (it seemed to be from Natures Path). It was nice and safe if a bit overpriced, however the portions are large.

Offers gluten free granola for the açaí bowls and gluten free bread. I’m told they use a special pan for the gluten free bread in the toaster but I didn’t have a sandwich.

Great staff at this location. Gluten free granola. Gluten free grilled cheese was so dry, it was hard to eat, so won't order that again. Everything else is great. So many options with bowls, salads, smoothies & juices!

I truly love there food. It is very healthy but at the same time delicious. Lots of people go there after a long day at work or before work breakfast. I just go there when ever but it is so tasty. Everything is so good. I have only tried the açaí bowls but the smoothies, coffee, and juices look good too. Make sure to tell them that you are gf so that they know to keep it separate. For the açaí bowls they have special granola. The paninis look good and they have that gf too. I hope you enjoy.

I really love this place. Anytime I want to feel healthy and am craving a treat I go here. They have so many gf options. Just tell them on the açaí bowls to put gf granola on. I have not tried the sandwiches but you can not go wrong. You need to try this. They also have coffee and smoothies and juices. I hope you enjoy!

Açaí bowls are good. They do not have gluten free wraps or bread as advertised on their online order menu. Their gluten free granola is literally Nature’s Path cereal. Not even granola. It was soggy after it sat under all my other toppings in my açaí bowl. The service is terrible and the one guy working wasn’t very knowledgeable of their gluten free options. It took almost an hour for our order to be done. Not worth the money in my opinion for the service.

Usually pretty good bowls and good with allergies, but the last few times they didn’t make my order gluten free after specifying it was a Celiac allergy. Very nice staff, but it’s overpriced and takes a very long time to prepare orders, especially for there to be mistakes. Wouldn’t recommend anymore unfortunately.

Got one of their acai bowls with the gluten free granola. They have paninis and sandwiches available with gluten free bread. There was also a sign posted that said they took allergies very seriously and would take additional precautions when notified of an allergy. I told them I needed things to be gluten free and they were very accommodating. Great overall!

Very good for celiacs. They have gluten free bread for their paninis, gluten free granola, and make it easy to clarify any allergies. I have ordered different things from smoothies to acai bowls and haven't been disappointed.
Yes
I had the veggie panini. The gf bread was fine, a little brittle but edible. It wasn't much like a panini though. It was more like they toasted the bread and just put the sandwich together after, cheese wasn't melted and the inside of the sandwich was cold. It tasted fine and I'm not sick so I'd go back.
This place is absolutely amazing the people are so kind an considerate of your have a gluten sensitivity and I really appreciate it !!! Very clean and sanitary!! Ohh how I wish it was down south !!!

The staff is always super accommodating and i have never had an issue with their food. They have GF granola as well!
Ask them to change gloves, just in case.
Make sure to say celiac disease.
The bowls were much bigger than expected. Taste great and all fresh ingredients.
The panini was average size. Wrapped and toasted in foil to avoid cross contamination. Tasted good and fresh!
Super nice staff. They prefer to preorder. They get busy

Might be OK for gluten free, but I have many more restrictions. And I was told to read the giant menu's ingredients myself to find something I could eat. I suggested they do that for many typical allergies (milk, peanut, wheat, and corn are mine).
I spoke with the owners at length yesterday when I went in. Most of their food is made fresh, and the type of food doesn't require a fryer or other listed equipment. The one thing they do cook there is panini sandwiches, and each GF panini they prepare comes from corporate with a kit that includes parchment paper that they wrap around the sandwich before it goes in the panini press so there is no cross-contamination contact.
Everything there was prepared fresh. There are very few ingredients that even contain gluten, but they have the gluten-free counterpart as an alternative when you ask. There is no upcharge.

They have açai bowls with GF granola. They have GF bread for paninis but be forewarned that they do cook the paninis on the same surface (cross-contamination), so as a celiac I only felt comfortable ordering the bowl. Even then I didn’t feel great after so they may not separate their ingredients well.
No
I love this chain! I travel a lot for work and usually go here because it’s a safe place. Almost everything is naturally gluten free, except the granola and bread. They have GF granola and bread, but always double check they actually switched it out.
Yes
Some of the staff is great but twice they have given me the wrong bowl and non gf granola and the second time they were incredibly rude about it. Very disappointing...
No
Organic coffee bar, dedicated blender for nut allergies, and gluten free toast for panini options.
I love Vitality Bowls and usually go in each city I travel to. Unfortunately, I ordered a GF vitality bowl and GF gladiator panini and bowl came out NOT GF. I asked the server as he was setting them down if they were GF and he said yes! I only knew it wasn’t because I’ve eaten here so often I know what the GF granola looks like. Could have been a disaster!
