Great customer service in finding what was safe on menu. Yay for gfree bread but it was so hard and crunchy...it hurt. Also they put unnecessary chunky stuff in their tomato soup.

We were one of two tables at 2:00 PM. Every table was dirty. It was a 10 minute wait for a table. We had to ask them to reclean the table twice as we had food allergies and it wasn't clean either time. It was a 45 minute wait for our food. We watched out food under the lights for 15 minutes. We had to ask for it to be served to us.
The bathrooms had so much dust and dirt, it was absolutely disgusting. The barcade across
the way had significantly cleaner bathrooms.
There were five employees standing around at any given time today. You would think they would take pride in their work and place of employment. We were so disappointed and won't be back.
Had to ask for utensils, napkins, refills.
Food itself was just ok. Probably would have been better if actually served when it came out.
Gluten free pizza was nothing to write home about.
Apple Goat cheese half salad and turkey sandwich was ok but again didn’t take 45 minutes to make. Wait staff didn’t have a clue about allergies or seek to care.

Lots of GF lunch options, fewer for breakfast, but they do have 2 GF Benedicts; the Baltimore was good (but would have been better with arugula, which my husband's glutney Benedict had.) The hash browns are not gf, a fruit cup was provided instead. More about the service than gf accomodations, but they comped our meal in response to a spillage incident; they evidently take customer happiness quite seriously.

Lots of good options, really tasty food, and very knowledgeable staff (bonus: a trainee was shadowing my server, and the new server mentioned that he had Celiac Disease too!). Visiting this restaurant did not involve any of the emotional distress that going out to eat often comes with for Celiacs - super easy!

Good options and good gf bread. They do a good job handling celiac as well. They also have their own bagged gf chips for a side

(West End location) great food and knowledgeable staff! Their pizza maker was out, which was a bummer, but the burger was great!

Excellent service. Gluten free lunch menu and GF choices for breakfast and brunch. We enjoyed their soft homemade GF bread too.

Yummy burger! Didn't care for the bun, was still a little cold where it had been frozen. The burger was delicious though, next time will just order without a bun.
Always a hearty, yummy, SAFE eat.

I ordered a salad with grilled salmon following a discussion with the waitress in which she assured me she understood the need for caution to avoid gluten and that they have a separate prep area in the kitchen, she has already notified the chef and she would ask the chef to clean the grille before preparing my salmon. Instead of salad with salmon, she brought out a salmon dinner with orzo pasta. I eventually got her attention and asked if the orzo was gluten free. No, it was not. They switched my order from salad with salmon to the salmon dinner. Neither she nor the chef caught it. I sent it back and again requested gluten free salad with salmon, which I received the second time. The manager came to the table, apologized and did not charge for the meal, but my faith in their safety for gluten free preparation was already lost by then.

Excellent service and separate GF menu. We had fennel sausage and caramelized onion pizza which was delicious. My son also had a double decker burger and he said it was one of his top 3 in VA Beach! Excellent staff and service too. Owner greeted us with soup and chip samplers since it was our first time there.

Top notch. Very friendly staff. The manager serves all gluten free dishes himself; they use different plates to make sure there's no confusion amongst staff. I got a chicken dandwich and salad that were excellent, especially the toasting on the bread. Partner got the pepperoni pizza. We got a chocolate lava cake for dessert. Every dish was tip notch and we could eat worry free.
