I am revising a previous glowing review.. I am sure this is due to COVID related issues.. but I ordered a gluten free version of a salad and a few hours later had severe gluten reactions. Be wary when ordering curb side during this time.

This place is next to my house and I couldn’t be more lucky.. they have a well aware staff on gluten free options and practices.. never had any problem eating there.. I order food from them once every two weeks. Great place to take someone on a date or a family gathering and not feeling left out.

Ate here a few times and had a great experience! Celiac safe. GF Pizzas, pastas and a nice selection of options. Highly recommend if you’re on the area.

Edit: Came back recently and was served a salad with croutons twice in one week (accidentally) even though the server flagged it each time. Very apologetic staff but a little unnerving

I have eaten here twice recently - dinner one time and lunch another time- and had a good experience both times. They have a separate gluten free menu and the staff seems knowledgeable and attentive to dietary restrictions. Our server recommended the gluten free bread as an appetizer. It looks & tastes like flatbread. I don’t like most GF bread but this was delicious! For dinner I had a chicken dish and for lunch I ordered the beet & arugula salad with grilled chicken. Both were delicious and satisfying. I definitely recommend Biaggi’s!

Have eaten there before being gluten free and knew they were very accommodating of my daughter's milk allergy, but I was still pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to order, how kind and helpful the server was, how many options I had, and best of all ZERO reaction after I left!!!! I highly recommend this restaurant if your looking for gluten free. I have struggled for years looking for a nice restaurant I can walk out and feel good about what I ate. I very often walk out with my stumic feeling like it's gonna fall out of me and nearly not being able to walk. I ate a lot more then most times I go out to eat and I feel awesome. I would definitely go again and look forward to trying other places this app recamends. awesome! awesome!

We have been eating here for years and always have wonderful service! All of the staff is very knowledgeable about their menu items. If you ask for the gluten free menu, the server usually recommends the gf flatbread instead of the bread basket. The gf chicken parmigiana with gf spinach angel hair pasta is delicious. They also have a gf penne pasta choice. My other favorite entree is shrimp & salmon risotto. Plus, they have a very nice wine selection. I would highly recommend Biaggi's in Naperville.

Loved the bright atmosphere, loved that the wait staff understand about GF. Loved that this was the first restaurant to be honest about the prices and actually post prices, I get tired of doing the math in my head. Really liked the pizza and the pasta. The bread they offer you is a cool flatrbread with garlic. Hubby loved the food. Have already gone back again :)

The food is excellent, and they even make a "bread" out of GF pizza crust that is delicious! I no longer have to sit patiently, stomach growling, while everyone else at the table is eating.

It was very nice. Gluten free menu & gf bread($1 per 4 pieces). I had a roasted beet salad and it was very good. My husband had the gf chicken parmesan, the pasta wasn't cooked quite enough but was edible. I know all too well over cooked gf pasta turns to mush so I'm sure they were just being cautious.

Staff was knowledgeable about Celiac and Gluten Free. They use separate water for gluten free pasta and pans for pizza

Staff said that they have a limited menu, during the Pandemic, but I felt there were several options available, Pizza, pasta and salad. The quality of the food was fantastic, great flavor, we will be eating here again. My son has Celiac Disease along with several other allergies. The Manager took the time to talk to me on the phone and let me know what would be safe for him. Food order was ready in 20 minutes, we had an excellent Mother's Day Meal, my son enjoyed it, most importantly he did not get sick after eating his meal. (he is very sensitive to gluten and can tell within 10 minutes if there is gluten in his food). We had a great experience and will be back!

We were not impressed by our server, but the food was fine. For example, we had to ask him if they still offered GF table bread like we had read online (pretty sure it was just their pizza dough, so, unexciting). But the spinach fettucine with meatballs was good, and gelato was a nice dessert. And I didn’t get sick

The staff seemed knowledgeable and made me feel safe about my food. The waiter gave me an order that I had not asked for with the same sauce but different meat. I asked him and he made it sound like I could only get the sauce with this meal so he range it up and it had sausage instead of chicken.... I should’ve known. I asked if it was still gluten free and he assured me it was safe. I ate almost the whole thing and gave my friend some to try because I was finished. She made a face and was like that does not taste like any gf noodle I’ve ever had. We look over and I notice my other friends noodles looked exactly like mine. So the friend that tried my noodle asked to try hers and it was the same consistency. Sure enough a few hours later I get the sickest I’ve been since diagnosis. If you decide to go here ASK FOR A MANAGER!

The largest gluten free menu I’ve ever seen, and the best gluten free menu I’ve experienced. Ask for the gluten free bread to start. It’s phenomenal with the oil and parmesan cheese. And the amount of pasta dishes is overwhelming but I decided with Penne Chicken Alfredo, and subbed penne noodles with fettuccine noodles and it was hands down the best Alfredo I’ve ever had. There was no problems with cross contamination or non gluten free noodles in my dish. And there’s enough to have left overs for a second meal. Also prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, and interior is clean and ascetically pleasing. I would give Biaggi’s 10 stars if I could.

We have been going here occasionally since they first opened. We prefer supporting local, non-chain restaurants but this one is an exception for us. Most visits have been good but a couple times we have had terrible service. There seems to be a high turnover rate of servers but I don’t think that’s uncommon in the industry. The food has never been bad, though. Their separate gluten free menu is great with many options. We’ve had almost everything on it. We really appreciate the GF bread option. In the summer months I prefer to get the Parmesan Crusted Chicken Milano Salad (pictured). It’s so good and is enough food for two meals for me. In the colder months I usually get the GF spinach pasta alfredo dish. My mom loves the salmon. My husband loves the tilapia. If you have room for dessert the creme brûlée is good!

I love Biaggi’s, but this location was an absolute joke. First, they brought out a dish made with gluten pasta (I have had their GF penne before and this was NOT GF). I took a bite, quickly realizing the mistake and stopped eating. I informed them that it was gluten pasta and was told that I was wrong. The (presumably) manager came over and showed me two separate unmarked noodles to prove me wrong. They proceeded to begrudgingly bring me the dish with the fettuccini instead. When they did they brought something totally different than I ordered and argued with me when I said it was wrong. Nothing further was done, and I had to pay for something I couldn’t eat. An absolute joke.
