Was going to go to goody-goody to get a gluten-free burger, but was not in the same terminal as I was. I saw the burger 21 and they did have gluten-free buns. I talked to the person behind the counter and she said they could do a burger for me and that the fries were a dedicated fryer.I had to remind her twice to tell the cook to change their gloves. Because I didn’t want to get sick on my next flight. The burger was good. The fries were very good and I did not get sick.

Ask to speak to the manager, they’re knowledgeable about the ingredients and whether the fryer is dedicated or not
Asked and they said they don’t offer gluten free buns anymore. Really sucks because there was nothing I could eat

Read the mixed reviews here but went to check it out because there were few options otherwise. I walked up and asked who could I talk to about food allergens and they went and got Calvin (Supervisor) I explained that I was celiac and needed “real” gluten free and if it wasn’t then I would pass. I asked them about the fryer and he said they cook chicken tenders in it and thus it is not gluten free. So I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a drink. The burger was good and I had no issues. After my burger came out Calvin came to my table and said he was baking me some fries. He personally brought them out about 10 minutes later. They were good. My wife commented that she thought they were better than her fried fries.
Overall, excellent experience. Just be clear about your needs and ask accordingly and they will take care of you.
Yes
Gluten free buns available. All sauces we labeled. Staff was knowledgeable and made us aware of some risk of CC when cleaning the fryers. I had the Skinny turkey burger and it was delicious.
I asked for a gluten free burger. She said, "we don't have gluten free burgers, only gluten free buns." I tried to ask her why, was it cross contamination, or what? It is on their menu. Why would you have a gluten free bun with nothing to put on it? She just kept barking, "we don't have gluten free burgers, only gluten free buns!" So I walked away.

Had a gluten free bun as promised. Indicated fries weren’t safe so I skipped them. Always appreciate advice from the employees on site. After they took my order they went in back and called out that it needed to be gluten free with a gluten free bun.
Gluten-free buns but they have a shared fryer so the fries aren’t safe
Yes
They served me a regular bun and I didnt notice until I had already taken a bite. Use extra caution if youre going to use them before your flight

Needed lunch to go at the airport. Gluten free bun, no fries. Staff wasn’t knowledgeable but they were cautious first saying that all they have gluten free is the bun. Questioned about the burger and they said oh right, yep that’s all beef. I double checked that nothing is cooked on the same grill top as the burger. They were very nice and accommodating- I ordered before they actually started serving lunch but I needed something for my long flight home and GF reviews of their area restaurant chain are very good.
Really enjoyed our experience here today! I felt they took our allergy very seriously and the food was delicious! The burger was cooked perfectly and the sweet potato fries were so good too! Definitely recommend as they have quite a few things on the menu that are GF.

Tasty burger and fries! The menu was very descriptive as to what is and is not gluten free, and even lists sauces. Didn’t get sick! Food quality was good; on par with Red Robin.
