At our last visit, our waitress informed us that the "dedicated gluten free fryer" is NOT always kept gluten free, particularly if the restaurant is busy (when is The Cheesecake Factory not busy?!). She explained that the kitchen will often fry gluten-contaminated items in there if they are in a rush, and that there is no way to know if someone did this earlier in the day. She also explained that the kitchen staff frequently handle gluten-containing food over the gluten-free fryer, so there is a chance that gluten could fall in. The most alarming out of all of this is I have eaten here before and have NEVER been told this information. In fact, I've been told the opposite ("completely gluten free,"). My silverware and plate were dirty (possible contamination) and when I was brought new silverware, it was ALSO DIRTY. So sad about this experience!

The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
An incredible dedicated GF menu with lots of options . . . not just salads!! Burgers, pasta, appetizers--everything I tried is delicious! And The Godiva cheesecake is GF!!

My daughter who has celiac told the waiter that she had a gluten allergy and would get very sick if he did not put the order in as gluten free. Waited over an hour for our food. The pasta she got looked gluten free but after 3 bites, she said it did not taste good. Within 15 minutes, she was sick in the bathroom. Told the waiter - did not seem to be concerned. Asked him to take the dish off of our bill and that did not seem to concern him either. Overall, do not eat here if you want gluten free food.

I let the server know I was gluten free - coeliac multiple times so she would get my order right and I confirmed with her again before my meals came out and she still gave me the gluten cheesecake instead of the gluten free one

I went here and ordered a gluten free burger and bun. The food came with a gluten bun. I sent it back as I noticed it wasn’t gluten free. I woke up sick as a dog for two days. If you’re sensitive don’t eat here. Even after the gluten free bun change I still got sick.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.
There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference
