Many gluten free options and a very friendly wait staff. I wish I asked the name of our server. She said she’d look after me.

Over all its was just fine. Nothing over the top special. Had gluten free buns and has a dedicated fryer. The burger was good. Due to “staffing shortage” they had a limited menu. About 50% of the menu was not available. Our waiter was good and you can make online reservations.

The manager assured us the bun was gluten free & the fries were fried in a dedicated fryer. However, we used a Nima to test fries & a bacon burger & the results were positive for gluten. It was disappointing since the food at other locations has been safe.

The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
A gluten free menu but difficult when add to that food allergies to all nuts (shared areas), egg, and soy protein. Spoke directly with manager who was very helpful. Discussed options of burgher, steak, chicken. Not easy when trying to please a 6 year old. Fries not safe as prepared in shared fryer. Daughter insisted on burger. Although GF bun available, used our own home made egg free bun. They offered to safely warm it and served it to her as a meal. She ate every bite of her dinner and enjoyed it! Again, manager was great in trying to accommodate and please. It had been a long day of sightseeing. We were tired, hungry and forgot it was Friday so there were large crowds everywhere. Ate without any incidents and everyone enjoyed sitting outside! Would recommend and return!

Was sat at a table and 10 minutes later we got up and walked out after being ignored by everyone who walked by us. Terrible service!
Always a good quick meal choice. Numerous options for GF and they have two GF cheesecakes now. They will change their gloves and get a new knife upon request when serving the cheesecakes - important for celiacers!
Got a Cobb salad and gf cheesecake as takeout. Salad was ok, cheesecake was amazing. Only one flavor option though.
Has a gluten free option menu and Godiva chocolate cheesecake that's GF!
Great gluten free options and cheesecake for dessert
So impressed last night at CF! They made special pasta and Alfredo sauce for my celiac daughter. The manager came to our table numerous times to check on us and totally understood the severity of cross contamination. They gave her a huge bowl of whipped cream for dessert, for free!

not all items Are gluten free so be careful ie the Cobb salad listed in their GF menu with Blue Cheese
by some peoples standards one could argue Cheesecake Factory should not be listed as GF. I've had few issues not always GF however

I started working for this company 6 months ago and as part of my training they had me taste the food. When I informed them of my gluten allergy they made sure everything I ate was safe. They have a decent size gluten free menu and the staff are well informed on what is safe. There are even sundaes and a cheesecake safe for those who can't have gluten. The only thing I would be cautious of would be the fries. They are fried in their own fryer but it's next to other items that have flour. I've yet to have a reaction from eating the food and I love the options.

I’ve been coming here frequently the last few months and I can say honestly if you’re super sensitive to gluten or allergic to it, I don’t recommend this location at all. I always make sure to tell my server I have a gluten allergy and it’s always hit or miss whether they take that seriously.
When they do, the food is amazing and they are super accommodating, giving me gluten free rolls instead of the free bread they usually serve and having my food prepared in the allergy section of the kitchen. A manager also took my order and verified with the chefs to make sure nothing would be a problem.
Unfortunately this level of care isn’t guaranteed and recently I’ve been getting really sick from the food, so I had to stop going altogether. It’s not worth the risk! The last time I went my food didn’t come with the allergy indicators they usually stick in it and I didn’t say anything because I thought the staff knew what they were doing. I got so violently sick after, I stayed up all night and had to call out of work the next day.
I feel bad complaining because the staff are usually so friendly and nice, but this really affected my health. I think people should know that they often make mistakes with the gluten free food, even with specifying an allergy :(

My daughter who has celiac told the waiter that she had a gluten allergy and would get very sick if he did not put the order in as gluten free. Waited over an hour for our food. The pasta she got looked gluten free but after 3 bites, she said it did not taste good. Within 15 minutes, she was sick in the bathroom. Told the waiter - did not seem to be concerned. Asked him to take the dish off of our bill and that did not seem to concern him either. Overall, do not eat here if you want gluten free food.

I let the server know I was gluten free - coeliac multiple times so she would get my order right and I confirmed with her again before my meals came out and she still gave me the gluten cheesecake instead of the gluten free one

I went here and ordered a gluten free burger and bun. The food came with a gluten bun. I sent it back as I noticed it wasn’t gluten free. I woke up sick as a dog for two days. If you’re sensitive don’t eat here. Even after the gluten free bun change I still got sick.
