The last two times I've ordered from here my salads came with remnants of croutons in them as if they'd been added and then taken out, even after I expressly told them I had an allergy. The most recent time I also got gf pasta and got horribly sick afterwards. Be forewarned ordering gf food here may come at a risk to your health.

Nice variation of gluten free options and they give a note to the chefs to be sure there’s no cross contamination. I’ve been there a couple times now and have never gotten sick!
Yes
The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
This is inside Caesars palace. I ordered coffee and the classic burger. They have a gluten free bun (I think it’s the Udi’s bun). My date and I also shared a crouton-less Caesar salad. I subbed the fries for bowl of fruit because the waiter said the fries were made in a shared fryer. It was VERY good and VERY tasty. I had no negative gluten affects (usually throwing up).
I would highly recommend talking with your waiter about how severe your allergy is and confirm the safety of the food you are eating. Double check and make sure that everything that needs to be subbed is (like a burger bun or fries).
I saw that some of the reviews here say that they only have 1 gluten free cheesecake - that’s not true. They have 2! The Godiva cheesecake and the low carb plain cheesecake (you can get fruit on it too) are gluten free. I didn’t have any cheesecake at this location but at other cheesecake factories I have enjoyed both.

Ordered the happy hour burger with the gluten free option. Threw up 2 hours later. (I’ve had this burger before with no problems.) This was the second time I got sick there from a “gluten free” dish. Never again. Something is wrong in the kitchen. Do not risk it. Avoid.

Went on 12/26/2022. Made sure we told the waiter we were all GF for allergy. The pasta came out with a spaghetti noodle. We pointed it out. No manager came by. No apology sent over. They did take that dish off the bill. All of us still were worried we may have issues. Also never get the fries there. They are not safe. We probably won't be going back.
