I had a very good experience with the Cheesecake Factory. Our staff was knowledgeable and I didn’t have any reactions after eating here. Their menu was well marked and they even had a GF cheesecake. I didn’t ask about cross contamination as it usually isn’t a huge deal for me but I was pleased with this experience

It was a long wait, so we ordered our food to go. The cashier clearly did not understand gf. She offered me bread with the order and didn’t understand when I explained I didn’t want the bread included with my meal. She kept insisting that it was free. I explained it wasn’t about the money! I ordered carefully - selecting items that I knew should be naturally gf. My meal was delicious. The best part was dessert - the gf Godiva chocolate cheesecake. Mmm, mmm, mmm!

Ate here with a large party, so I know that’s hard on the server. However, they will now direct you to an allergen website and won’t answer questions about the food or prep; our server answered one question about the fries but otherwise said he was required to go get his manager (which ultimately might be great, but was very awkward with a large group of professional colleagues and also wasn’t stated as a solution or being helpful, more as a response to me being a difficult patron). I almost decided not to get food, but ultimately chose something I get might be most safe. I think it was ok, but it’s hard to say because I’m traveling and already sick. Celiacs use caution or avoid.
The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
It's not safe for celiac. But they put it writen on the menu.
No
Celiac friendly, gluten free food cleared labelled on the menu and feeling good also the day after. The waitress even clearly pointed out the safety for celiacs.

This was my first, and last, time at this restaurant. When we sat down I explained to be waitress that we are gluten free. We ordered our food and she asked if we would like gluten free pasta or another kind. When we completed our order she said that she would bring over bread and butter. I asked her whether they have gluten free bread in the restaurant and her answer was "Oh, no, we do not. Would you like some of the other bread?" My pasta was really undercooked. Due to time constraints I just ate what I could. Even after I let the management know, I was not offered a discount on the meal, which was poorly prepared.

Although they mark many options as "gluten-free" on their menu, it would be wise to ask about the preparation of the specific item you are ordering. After I inquired further, I was informed that anything in the fryer (although many are labeled gluten free) are not celiac safe, as they do not have dedicated fryers. Such a bummer, since one wouldn't necessarily even think to ask about fryers as things that are fried are specifically labeled as gluten free.

GF items are clearly labeled on the menu! What a plus. This makes dining out so much more pleasant for me.
They only have one GF cheesecake available (the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake). I wish they'd have a larger selection of GF cheesecakes. Otherwise, this isn't a bad place for many GF cordials, appetizers, and entrees.
HORRIBLE!! Ordered a cheeseburger to be made gluten free and they brought it out on a regular bun, luckily I noticed it didn't look right, then they brought me a new one with a regular bun on it AGAIN!! They screwed up twice and still charged me for my meal! And on top of all that I got sick from the burger they did bring out. Will never eat there again

Excellent service, food, and great gluten free buns
Family friendly. Good choice of GF options. Couple of GF desserts as well as ice cream. Enjoyed it so we went back 2 days later.
Yes
Great options. Wait staff very knowledgeable and went out of their way to be helpful.
I have been going to cheese cake factory since I was little and always got the kids pasta with marinara sauce. When I found out they could do gluten free I was ecstatic and over the moon. Only come to find not one but multiple different noodles in my past bowl. Come on now how hard is it to separate the pastas. It wasn’t only the most recent time I went but it has happened countless times. Don’t go if u wanna throw up all over your bathroom floor.

I had their low-licious gluten free cheesecake and it was pretty great! The crust wasn’t fantastic but the filling was AMAZING! Super tasty 😋

I went here on Black Friday and the restaurant is cute! Their menu was clearly labeled for what could be made gluten free. I told the waiter three times that I have a gluten allergy (I have celiac) and wanted a gluten free bun for my burger. He repeated the order back to me and told me the fries were in a designated frier. Unfortunately, the burger had a gluten bun. I took one bite and felt suspicious that it didn’t have a normal gluten-free bun texture, so I focused on my fries. When he came to clear the plates, he apologized for bringing me a gluten bun, but I had already taken a bite of it. They comped my burger, but I would not come back here. I made it very clear that I could not have gluten and they served me a bun with gluten. I was very bummed about this so I gave my GF cheesecake to my sister. I got sick that night. Disappointing :(

The first thing I told my server about was that I had celiacs disease and before I could explain anything she explained her sister also had celiac and she knew I couldn’t eat gluten. I explained to her about cross contamination and she assured me I would be great. I got nachos and she said they couldn’t put a kind of cheese on it and that they could only melt cheese. I was fine with it. Right after I ate them I felt sick. Come to find out, the chips are mixed with flour tortillas and corn tortillas. Please be careful if eating her.

Got the GF pasta with chicken and pancetta. Also got the Godiva cheesecake to go. The server wasn’t the most knowledgeable, but made an effort and checked with the kitchen.
They served bread on the table for the other guests.
The corn cakes are marked GF and looked really good but check they’re not fried.
