I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The server was very knowledgeable about celiac and circled 4 main dishes on the gluten sensitive menu that were not at risk of cross-contamination. The dal with basmati rice was delicious.

Went here as highly rated by recent reviews. I presume this may be due to gluten intolerance rather than coeliac as I would say this isn't easily coeliac safe.
I was presented with a gluten intolerance menu but when explained coeliac told to scan a code to check for dishes which 'may contain' and half the options were removed. The server said the usual 'no guarantee' but provided reassurance dishes would be prepared separately.
We ordered a few dishes from this to share. I went to the bathroom and noticed the open kitchen and bread being made in the middle of this.
After seeing this I asked to discuss cross contamination with a manager. He informed me the reason they provide the warning is due to the open kitchen and chance of flour being in the air or spread across the kitchen by the many fans. He advised that any grill based dishes he would not recommend as this is close to where the bread is prepared and highest risk for contamination..he therefore recommended a curry as prepared at opposite end of kitchen.
This meant our order arrived and was sent back for an alternative. They were very polite and courteous about this but it didn't feel the seriousness was recognised and added stress to what I had hoped would be a stress free dining given recent reviews.

Had the chicken tikka and the black daal. Very good. Portions were small. Get there early- the wait is long and reservations very limited. Enjoyed it a lot!

Took my family there during our vacation. Had a wonderful dinner. I told them i was Celiac and they gave me a different menu app to screen out things i could order. Make sure not to just order things ok for ‘gluten sensitive’ as not as careful there as celiac was my sense. Lots of gluten items on menu so would definitely be careful and remind your server.

One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve eaten at - anywhere. Extensive menu of GF dishes (I had the Chicken Ruby, the Chili Butter-Bhutta, and the Kachumber, and finished with a scoop of Kashmiri chilli ice cream).
Everyone in my group (non GF) loved it too

I have been eating here for years at various locations and love it. My server last night entered each one and put in allergy for each dish I ordered. They handed me a gluten intolerance menu like usual and then asked if I have celiac. I said I do and then they said I could only have two dishes because they were prepared on the other side of the kitchen where no gluten things are prepared. It was confusing. I did order things that are gluten free but prepared in the main kitchen and didn’t get sick but also don’t know what to think. Just a heads up.

Best meal of our entire trip (Dublin, Positano, London). Almost everything on the menu is GF and they have a separate GF menu as well. Get the lamb, the tikka, the potatoes, the yogurt and the broccoli crunch salad. DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS SALAD!!!!

Great good. Most items are GF. Staff is very knowledgeable. GF menu. Line looks longer than it is. Line was long and we were seated in 35 min. They served us Sherry and Chai in line. Would definitely go back!

Gluten free menu and brought out the ingredient book to show us the various options - GF with supply chain or not, GF just at the restaurant. Food was amazing, a little on the spicy side.

Tapas style & small plates to share. Separate GF menu with many options. Only downside is no GF substitute for the naan. Daal & roasted veggies were great

The food was delicious and they have a gluten-free menu. The server expressed understanding (“Oh, that’s serious”) when I let her know I was celiac. And, they put toothpicks with “allergy” on it, in each of the dishes. Sadly, all of this was for naught. The chole (chickpea curry) I ordered from the gluten free menu came with a small dish of semolina (wheat) that I did not realize was it was until it was too late. The menu didn’t list semolina as part of that dish. I let the server know and the manager came and apologized (though did not offer to comp that dish or anything else, which seems pretty lame). The food is so good here, it’s a bummer they’re not very safe.

Delicious GF options, rice instead of bread. Staff was extremely helpful with menu options and recommendations. Highly recommend, no issues with cross contamination

Read the amazing reviews and thought this restaurant would be safe. Got sick.

Got glutened here. They seemed knowledgeable, but somehow it still happened.
Lækkert indisk mad - hotspot - fuldstændig styr på cøliaki.

Not exclusively GF, but a very sizable GF menu and knowledgeable and considerate staff. Fantastic atmosphere and decor, too.

The food is incredible and celiac-friendly. You have to ask for the gf menu and tell your server you’re celiac, and then you’re set. My husband and I eat at Dishoom every time we visit London. This location lived up to our high expectations!

Loved this place! The gluten free menu stretched several pages! They could make almost anything gf and even had desserts. If you go you have to try the chocolate pudding

The staff was so helpful. Great food, experience and atmosphere.

Fantastic Indian. GF clearly marked on Allergen menu (ask for it). Tremendous care in serving. Could just sit and eat a bowl of the Dal but tandoori is amazing as is curry
Ask for the gluten-free menu and you get the regular menu highlighted with at least half the options available GF. Highly recommend the Ruby chicken curry Makhani, and almost all of their desserts are gluten free! Indian food tends to be a good bet for gluten free elsewhere too.
Yes
Amazing atmosphere, delicious food, knowledgeable staff. Have a separate GF menu so all good. They do warn about having flour in the air as they make naan. But I didn’t get sick!

Great choice of gf food. Separate gf menu. Staff very knowledgeable. They did say they can’t 100% guarantee any cross contamination but this seems to be becoming the norm in restaurants nowadays. No ill effects and believe me I am super sensitive

Delicious family dinner. Very knowledgeable server. They inquired about allergies upon checking in. Then my server clarified if I'm GF by choice or necessity. When I told him necessity, he then asked if I'm ok with cross contact. When I said no, he directed me to their online menu (the paper GF menu includes items with the possibility of cross contact). The items with no cross contact were considerably fewer than the other menus, but I had no trouble finding something I wanted. I ended up with the paneer and the masala shrimp and basmati rice. All were delicious! I had wanted dessert and ordered it but the waiter cautioned that the dessert prep area is right by the bread. I appreciated how careful both the waiter and the kitchen were. It made for a wonderful night out.
