Server was knowledgeable and volunteered kitchen protocol for gluten free and celiac safe which inspired confidence. I stuck to dishes that would be naturally gluten free vs could be accommodated.

Gluten-free chowders! Felt safe with a well-labeled menu - had safe restaurant clam chowder for the first time in a long time. It was great!

I ate there 2 days ago and am still suffering the consequences of being glutened. The server was nice and knowledgeable but it still didn’t prevent gluten/cross contamination. As a celiac I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

Holy beans how delicious!! The staff was ultra knowledgeable and I felt very confident that full safety precautions were taken. The maple bacon shrimp was to die for as well as the salmon sandwich (they swapped for a heavenly bun). Didn’t get sick and would definitely recommend

The staff was very accomodating and went over the menu with me so I could be sure which options were gluten-free. A strong knowledge of cross contact procedures was shown by the staff. The gluten-free items on the menu were limited to appetizers and salads, but there was a decent variety. The chicken skewers and beef sliders (without buns) were both excellent. They also had gluten free Seattle (hard) Ciders. The honey variety was quite good.

Fantastic experience! Gluten free beer. All chowders are gluten free. Recipes for the chowder are provided (which further prove they are gluten free). Not many options of main dishes except halibut salads, and salmon. We ordered several appetizers and chowders and were full. Would definitely return. Take an Uber- don’t try to walk here.

Good experience overall- staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up with delicious scallops and seasonal veggies! After ordering they brought bread for the table and without me prompting anything the waiter asked if I wanted chips and salsa instead- a very nice touch in my opinion!

Excellent gluten free menu, had the northwest cioppioni style chowder and the macadamia crusted halibut. Food was excellent! Beautiful restaurant and friendly knowledgeable staff.

I had the chowder sampler, which was phenomenal, although I wished I had gotten just a bowl of the clam chowder because it was by far the best one. The sampler also isn’t really a big enough meal on its own. But then I got the carrot cake. Absolutely perfect, very moist and the most creamy frosting. So both of those are a nice full meal, plus with the chips and salsa they give you instead of bread!
Yes
Great food. The menu was completely marked and they even have chips and salsa as a free app instead of bread for GF people! Super amazing!

Our server was very helpful navigating their menu and asking about all my allergies. All the chowders were gluten free. We tried the award-winning clam and Lobster mobster pernaud chowders. Absolutely divine. Meaty and rich. Had the silky sensual pan seared Salmon. Wonderful sauce and crisp zucchini. Finished with the What's Her Names Carrot cake. We sat outside and were blessed with sunshine during our whole dinner. I would eaten every meal there if I could have!
All the chowders were SOOOOO delicious and they had a gluten free menu!! In love 😍

Yea!!! Absolutely awesome food. So much to choose from.

Biggest GF menu I have ever seen! Chowders, fish, burgers, salads, and more and CARROT CAKE! Highly impressed! The chowder sampler is awesome! I had the lobster, clam and cajun samplers and they were all fantastic!!!! Great find!
Clam chowder is amazing, however, the server advised that everything else on the GF menu is at risk for cross contamination. If looking for great chowder, here is the place. But this is your only option.
The owner’s daughter has a gluten intolerance - so there is a definite awareness about gluten free food. I’m the only celiac in our family, but the waiter brought me chips and salsa while the rest of my family had bread. The waiter was very attentive to celiac safe food and I did not get sick.

Best Gluten Free meal in Seattle! Had their award winning Clam Chowder, sooo good! The Mango Cod was fabulous, cooked to perfection and so tasty. The GF Carrot cake was light and moist and so delightful. Our server Tyler was outstanding. Leaving full and very happy, great experience, will definitely come again when in Seattle.
Best food around! Amazing grass-fed beef burgers with option for gluten-free bun. Seafood chowder was award-winning and our 14 yr old son ordered it three days in a row!

Super. All there chowders/basques were gluten free. A lot of GF options.

I have eaten here a few times and is always been great. The GF menu is even better now that the chowder is all gluten free! All The servers have been helpful and really nice about answering my questions. I highly recommend the traditional chowder!

gluten free menu, very accommodating and knowledgeable. waiter did not seem at all annoyed with all my questions and everything came out perfectly free of gluten and tasted delicious
No problems here. Went to the Greenlake location a few times and I love it! Love seafood wish I could get the chowder though!
They have a gluten-free menu. I ordered from it, informed my server had an allergy/celiacs. Confirmed the food was gluten-free when it came and the found a crouton I food. I would not recommend this place to anyone that has celiac.
No
Lots of gluten free items clearly marked. All the (delicious) chowders are by default gluten free. Allegedly the owner of Dukes worked to make sure all the gluten free items were up to the same quality as "normal" items - you can tell!

So good and some great gluten-free options. Our waiter told us Duke’s daughter has celiac, so they are well versed and sensitive to it.

Food was FANTASTIC! They’re attention to celiac and cross contamination is great! I was assured my meal was prepared on a separate cutting board, clean grill and fresh gloves etc. they serve sourdough at your table but if you tell them you’re celiac you get your own chips and salsa! Loved this place!

We stopped in for dinner last week and I was overwhelmed by how many GF options there were! I’d heard good things about their chowder, so opted for the Quad Dinghy Chowder Sampler with small portions of the classic, lobster mobster Pernod, NxNW, and raging’ Cajun corn chowders. They were all decent but the classic was my favorite. Our server also brought me out a plate with safe tortilla chips and Verde salsa in lieu of the bread basket when I told her about my Celiac, which was really nice since the sourdough my partner got looked and smelled delicious. Nice touch to have an option for us. We had great service and I didn’t have any reaction afterward, so I’m looking forward to checking out more of their GF menu.
