We were hesitant to go here at first because it was pretty crowded, but the service and the food were amazing. The manager came out and spoke to us about our meal and made us feel comfortable to eat there! We will definitely be back.

Excellent food! Great service. Definitely recommend for celiac. I also have a dairy allergy and they were very accommodating!

Food was great. They handled everything just fine. I'd much rather have gone there for dinner though as their lunch-like options were limited and I didn't have time for a big meal.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Brought my food out separately and let me know they changed gloves when preparing my meal. Food was wonderful, everyone enjoyed their meal.

We are GF, and this staff was very knowledgeable. Chef brought out our steaks and assured us everything was prepared as gluten free. Everyone was extremely nice. We look forward to going back.

I have celiac disease. Firebirds not only has a gluten free menu, but they have:

Great food (had a strawberry & spinach salad with shrimp)

Great service

Great treatment of special needs - A manager and wait staff walked my food out together to be sure it didn’t get switched, glutened, etc.

Thank you Firebirds for helping to keep my safe!

Oh! And my non-gluten free friend had the exact same salad and loved it too.

I ordered food to go. They had a pretty decent size gluten free menu. They brought my food and explained it was all gluten free and handled correctly. The experience was wonderful, as well as the food!!

They have a separate gf menu. I had the sirloin vegetable kabobs. The manager brought it out and said the staff changed their gloves and cleaned the grill for my food. The steak was very tender and good. I also loved the golden Yukon mashed potatoes.

The food was amazing. I believe they they served my husband and I the best streak we have ever eaten. I was very impressed with the friendly service. Starting with the hostess, to our server, and the manager who checked on me because of my gluten allergy, the people were great. They offered a wide range of food on the gluten free menu and answered all questions that I had.

Food and service exceptional.

Great experience! Food on the menu that can be prepared GF is clearly marked. No ill effects hours after my meal. Would definitely go back!

Told the server I had celiacs and she told me what on the menu would be GF and told me she would pass on my allergy to the kitchen. Sadly there is no GF desserts and not a separate menu just items designated on the regular menu that can be made GF. Overall good experience!

Had steak salad. Was cooked without exposure to gf items. Even told me the starter spinach artichoke dip chips are flour based. Fyi for others that like that dip. Waitress respected my allergy, I would recommend as a date nite. Or brunch option.

Sensitive Celiac. Ate there in February to celebrate 3 birthday’s, with a large group, on a Saturday. The manager went over the top accommodating my gluten intolerance. Very knowledgeable about gluten free. Many options. My food was amazing, as was everyone else’s. No issues. Headed back again, with same group, Sunday after church to celebrate another birthday!
