Five Guys

The usual celiac five guys experience. Staff is well trained and can do a lettuce wrapped bun. Fries in dedicated fryer. Obviosuly not as safe as a sit down restaurant especially if busy but I had no issues.

My bowl with a burger (no bun) was very good it was clearly cooked in a different grill. But my fries were put in the bag with my husband's burger so🤦‍♀ overall better than most on the go food!

I request burgers in a lettuce wrap and they were happy to change their gloves and prepare my burger away from the counter where they also lay bread. They also state that their fries are gluten-feee as they are currently the only thing that fries in their fryers. Always check the menu though since restaurants change menus. I prefer to order in person and watch my food being made to ensure no-cross contamination.
