Had a really knowledgeable and accommodating server. They had a separate oven for the gluten free flatbreads!

Knowledge server and a delicious GF vegan crust for an additional $7. I had the Mopsy’s Kalyan’s Pork which used GF only soy and other products and a salad. All quite delicious. All toppings seem to be GF as well. Shared oven may make it dicey for celiacs.

Always super friendly wait staff! However, do not eat here if you have celiacs... they said it would be safe but I had a severe allergic reaction twice (I was stupid enough to do it again) and was sick for days (I have a wheat allergy on top of celiacs). Now whenever I go there with friends and family I just have a glass of rosé πŸ˜‚

Amazing ambience and great flatbread. They have 2 different kinds of gluten free crusts - one has honey and the other one is vegan. I had the vegan one. We ordered 2 different pizzas each time and ate their twice. Tested it with Nima and came back gluten free. They know about cross contamination and their gluten free kitchen area is completely separate. However, they have only one wood fired oven but take precautions and place gluten free pizzas on a foil. That takes care of cross contamination. And proven by Nima. Happy to find this place. Also, my wife is vegan and they let us buy vegan cheese from outside (they don’t carry it) for our pizzas. Very accommodating. Do try their house Cabernet. It’s worth the $14/glass. Gluten free crust is $7 extra but so much worth it. Would go back here again if I’m here again.

Great pizza, even by non-gluten free standards. Only caveat is that gluten free crust is an extra $7, but I genuinely thought it was worth it. Staff knowledgeable about celiac, and specifically assured me that the pizza was prepared separately from the other pizzas to minimize cross-contamination. Also had salada and ciders.

Waiter was knowledgeable on celiac. They prep it on a separate surface and cook it on foil in the oven to avoid cross contamination. Biggest thing for me was the taste of the pizza was so good. Most restaurants that have GF crust undercook or overcook it. But these folks got it perfect on all 3 GF pizzas! Their ingredients are all fantastic as well. Best pizza over had since being diagnosed.

Only downside was cost. $110 for 4 pizzas and 1 mixed drink. But hey, you're on vacation in Maui, so sticker shock is common.

Super loud. Super smokey. Super salty. $75 for 2 people to eat pizza and salad. Nothing special. Just salty.

Ordered the Kahlua pork pizza on their "perfect" crust which is supposedly gluten free. I was sick within 2 hours. Not sure if it was cross contamination or something else on the pizza. When I ordered I informed that I had celiac and asked what was my best option I was told everything can be made gluten free. The gluten free crust is an extra $7 charge on top of the Reg. Pizza cost which is crazy ridiculous.

My 11year old Celiac said it was the best pizza he had since being diagnosed! Super careful with preparation and all pizzas were delicious! They put the pizzas on tin foil prior to baking to prevent cross contamination in the oven. Udi's crust offered as well as a vegan and GF option. Salads were scrumptious too!

Amazing food! Perfect in every way! Right down to the offer of tinfoil for my crust so no cross contamination would happen. Friendly service with great suggestions! Couldn't be happier. Ps city like cocktails! As in quality and quantity.

The food was really good here, but a gluten free crust is $5 more. If you want a gluten free and vegan crust it is $7 extra. The server was really nice and mostly helpful, but did ask if gluten free was a preference or allergy. When making the gluten free crusts, the kitchen will use foil to help prevent cross contamination. apparently they may not do this if it's only a preference. This was a little concerning that the gluten free policies and practices are not consistent. Not sure it was completely worth the extra money.

This place is THE best! The Mopsy's Kalua Pork on GFree crust was amazing and the gluten free cheesecake was divine. If you are in Maui, be sure to add this restaurant to your must visit list. You won't be disappointed!

My husband had the regular cheese pizza which was swimming in grease. My salad was ok but very pricey by the time I added chicken and I left unsatisfied. It was more expensive than most meals we had out and the most disappointing. Staff was too busy to give good service.

Not a good option for those with celiac disease. They do try, but it's too risky. It is really quite delicious, but I can't do it anymore. It's not worth the risk to me.

Food was delicious. Server was great. Sadly I think I got some cross contamination. They use a real wood fired brick oven, but I didn't watch them cook my pizza.

Improved gluten free service over the past few months. Staff seems much more aware. Gluten allergy pizzas cooked in a separate tin for takeout. Celiac had no issues on multiple occasions.

Excellent experience at Flatbread. The staff was very knowledgeable about Celiac and took all necessary precautions. The pizza is prepared in its own area, cooked on a tin pan as to not touch anything in the pizza oven, and staff changed gloves. Also all their salad dressings are gluten free. Highly recommended!
