There are a lot of options for gluten free and dairy free. Menu items are marked either gluten free, vegetarian, and/or vegan. Order at the counter and they will mark allergy on the order. I am sensitive to cross contact and felt fine after eating here. Delicious too!

Many GF options but not a GF kitchen. The first time I went, they said they were able to make the Tofu and GF dishes celiac friendly. I left feeling ok, some mild cramping following.

We decided to try it again and I had a complete autoimmune reaction from the Tofu with Chopped Salad and wine although they said it was all GF and could be made celiac safe.

Lots of gluten free options - even desserts here! I had the strawberry beet salad with chicken and it was great, though I should have gotten a cookie with it because I was definitely still hungry. Really fun, funky, and cool spot! Everyone was super nice!

Stopped here when passing thru Charlotte for GF lunch with our celiac daughter. Tons of options and the kids meals were healthy with several options (including GF mac n cheese). There were MANY GF options on their menu. We would be regulars here if we lived in the area. Quality of the food was excellent and prices were very reasonable.

Honestly this was one of the best places in charlotte I’ve eaten at so far. The food is clearly labeled what is gf, vegan, and vegetarian and I felt safe eating all of it. There are many options (including gf Mac and cheese) and yummy drinks! I have a few other allergies (fodmap) and it was easy to order around it! Anyone with any intolerances should totally come here!

Great place! Went to flower child and I got the Mac and cheese with chicken and it was great! The food came within 5 minutes or ordering and the server was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming here again.

Fantastic options for just about any allergy. Most of the family is gluten free, three different entrees were ordered with salmon or chicken added. In addition we got three sides and only stopped there for fear we would have ordered too much food. Even have gluten free cookies and lemon cakes.

Order Turkey Cob salad. Was good and didn’t get sick. Nima tested negative for gluten. I have celiac and I get really sick for any amounts of gluten. I am thankful for this place.

A cute breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. It tends to be crowded but has good food and they are friendly to those with allergies. They offer lots of healthy options and were accommodating to everyone. It’s a little pricey for what you get but it is a trendy spot in south end so not too surprised by that

Amazing salads and many other items all labeled GF and/or vegan. The GF chocolate chip cookie is so good, but they also have brownies and cakes. An excellent spot to eat safely (and bonus it's delicious).

This was my 1st time here. The person taking my order was very knowledgeable about celiac. They have a really big GF menu. He said they can also make several other meals GF. I got the chicken enchiladas. They were delicious. He recommended next time I try the GF Mac and cheese. After read the reviews, I wish I had seen the chocolate chip cookie. I would have loved to try that.

Other non food related info: I went on a Sunday night, the place was pretty empty. They will also validate your parking for 2 hours (which is real nice if you want to walk around the mall). The restaurant itself was really comfortable. The outdoor patio was wonderful.
