Really good and huge menu with lots of gluten-free options clearly marked on the menu. If you let them know that you have an allergy, they will take all precautions and make a note to the kitchen. I’ve eaten here many times with my family and never had an issue.
Menu clearly marked gluten free items. Good selection of bowls, entrees, and cookies! The gluten free Mac n cheese was good.
My absolute favorite restaurant! Amazing HEALTHY foods, clearly labeled with gluten free options! The Flying Avocado is exceptional and can be prepared with a gluten free wrapper. Chocolate chip/ coconut/ cashew cookies are unbelievable! I have never had a problem at this establishment.

I got a salad and it was SO good!! They took great care of being careful around gluten.
Ordered off door dash, only chose items that were marked GF. Did not get glutened.
I got the steak entree with gluten free Mac n cheese and garlic smashed potatoes and I got glutened. Tasted amazing, but I won’t be eating here again
Ordered a delicious GF bowl and some kombucha. They were delicious and when I let them know I had celiac they made a point to put it in the order and when they brought my food out confirmed it was gluten free. I didn’t get glutened :)
Lots of options which are gluten free. It is also easy to eat with other food sensitivities. I am dairy free as well. They were knowledgeable and made the ordering simple. It is a good place to go with a large group, and the food is very good. I will go back.
Staff knowledgeable. Food very tasty but most importantly, SAFE for my daughter who has celiac! All but one bowl is GF, Mac & Cheese is GF. Lots of filling & delicious food. This will be on our go to list when we return in June. Can’t wait! Would love to see one of these in Nashville!
The menu is easily labeled with food that is GF. There are many options. Everything on the kid menu is GF. My daughter has celiac and is highly sensitive to gluten. She ordered the kid meal (meat and two sides) of steak, smashed potato and Mac and cheese. She loved it and didn’t get sick. She has been asking us to go back ever since before we leave town to go back home. The food is good and they made it pretty quick. It was well priced. Her meal was $7.
Went to a Flower Child here and one in Austin. Creative mix and match menu with bowls and wraps and salads. Quality food and ingredients and casual, fast and tasteful environment with a farm fresh vibe.
Gluten free options are many and all annotated on menu. They have a GF pita to substitute for their wrap. Their Mac and cheese is GF by default. Also offer GF muffins and brownies.
Tasteful, healthy eating.
This is the 2nd Flower Child restaurant at which I have eaten. The other being in Phoenix. They make it very easy to order GF food - as well as vegan and vegetarian. The staff is knowledgeable. Food is good.

Place is ridiculous. Labels everything gluten free and then doesn’t disclose that broccoli comes with breadcrumbs and parmasean on door dash. Called and alerted that they should disclose that and got a “oh yeah I don’t know what to tell you”. Already eaten more than half of it before realizing what it was.
I've eaten in the restaurant at a different location and I've ordered delivery from this location multiple times. I have never gotten sick.
Their portions are really big, like I order the kids entree for my father. For myself, I usually get the shrimp meal with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. I also get a side of their Kung Pao Cauliflower..... it is sooooo good!! They also have gluten free chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and chocolate pudding and they are all fantastic. I believe their menu changes a bit seasonally. Oh and they have awesome salads also.
The gluten free items are all marked and when I've dined in, the person taking the order has always been very knowledgeable. This is the kind of place where you walk in, place your order, then sit anywhere and your meal is brought out to you. They have a nice vibe, great service, and are usually packed.
Super cute and trendy decor. Lots of seating and lots of healthy eating/GF options. Not really a great menu for kiddos. My 8yo Celiac kiddo ordered Mac and cheese and he hated it. He did love a baked good he got though.
Always a great option! I had eaten at the one in Scottsdale and was so excited there’s one in OKC! Felt very safe and the lemon olive oil muffin was amazing! The GF Mac and cheese is also delicious and there’s tons of options for healthy food and comfort food!
