Decided to risk it and order from here even though it’s a chain. I ordered online, only gluten free items, and also indicated “gluten allergy” just to be safe in the notes. Still got mega glutened somehow :(
Tasty, healthy, wiling to customize, didn't make me sick
Flower Child has become a regular spot for me, with tons of yummy gluten free options. I particularly like the glow bowl, the steak and the gluten free mac and cheese.

They said they would mark my son’s meal as gluten allergy and put on gloves. And for mine would mark it a preference which always makes me feel safer. My son (11 years) is excited to have GF mac n cheese.
I love the variety of GF options. The food was delicious and I enjoy eating here when I visit the area.

My Wife has celiac & other food allergies… Flower Child provides a fantastic weekly break from cooking at home with a varied menu & attentive staff for GF!
Thought it would be safe because of the reviews and they flagged my allergy on the receipt. However, there was broccoli in my bowl, which from there isn’t gf bc of bread crumbs. I understand you always run a risk but just wanted to share my experience. Kinda disappointed especially for the price
So many options!!! GF Mac n cheese and amazing GF chocolate pudding.
Great steak and enjoyed the squash, felt very comfortable as they were knowledgeable about the steps needed to be taken in making a station GF ready.
My go-to favorite item , the Glow Bowl, is no longer available! I felt very safe eating here but now my choices are much more limited. Anyone else out there miss the Glow Bowl?

The Mac n cheese is so good!! I really like the steak too. Be sure to state firmly that you need celiac friendly. I haven’t had any issues here.
Used to be a go to for me. I ordered something that I've order a lot before and it made me VERY sick. When I let them know the response was, "yeah, that can happen here." Food is tasty and healthy, but seems mostly good for 'gluten-light' or gluten free preference folks, not Celiacs.
Food was good. The menu at their place was labeled but it was not ordering online through a third party.
Friendly staff and made sure to note celiac. We had the Mac n cheese, steak and shrimp. It was all good and my daughter couldn’t eat her mac fast enough.
Great salad. Only sone of menu was GF but the food I had was very good.
We enjoyed this cute restaurant and found it thanks to this app. I loved the Mother Earth bowl which had an explosion of flavors from ancient grains, sweet potatoes, avocado, cucumber and more. You could opt to add protein to any dish, sustainable salmon, grass fed steak, natural chicken or tofu. My Celiac teen loved the mac and cheese with chicken and hubby opted for a chicken plate with brown rice and fruit. So many gfree options and the cookie was delicious, too!! Wish they had a location in Illinois. They had alcohol options and homemade kombucha.
Great, healthy food, much of it GF. Brought my Celiac daughter here, and she had the GF mac and cheese, steak and broccoli with parmesan, and she LOVED it! No reaction! They have GF cookies, muffins and awesome brownies. They take Celiac seriously, just make sure to tell them when ordering.
The menu is very accommodating and contains many gluten-free options. Staff is knowledgeable about eliminating contamination. I have eaten here twice and had great experiences.

Place is ridiculous. Labels everything gluten free and then doesn’t disclose that broccoli comes with breadcrumbs and parmasean on door dash. Called and alerted that they should disclose that and got a “oh yeah I don’t know what to tell you”. Already eaten more than half of it before realizing what it was.
I've eaten in the restaurant at a different location and I've ordered delivery from this location multiple times. I have never gotten sick.
Their portions are really big, like I order the kids entree for my father. For myself, I usually get the shrimp meal with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. I also get a side of their Kung Pao Cauliflower..... it is sooooo good!! They also have gluten free chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and chocolate pudding and they are all fantastic. I believe their menu changes a bit seasonally. Oh and they have awesome salads also.
The gluten free items are all marked and when I've dined in, the person taking the order has always been very knowledgeable. This is the kind of place where you walk in, place your order, then sit anywhere and your meal is brought out to you. They have a nice vibe, great service, and are usually packed.
Super cute and trendy decor. Lots of seating and lots of healthy eating/GF options. Not really a great menu for kiddos. My 8yo Celiac kiddo ordered Mac and cheese and he hated it. He did love a baked good he got though.
Always a great option! I had eaten at the one in Scottsdale and was so excited there’s one in OKC! Felt very safe and the lemon olive oil muffin was amazing! The GF Mac and cheese is also delicious and there’s tons of options for healthy food and comfort food!
