Decent selection of GF appetizers, salads, and entrees. Family was able to get GF pasta with any sauce. Meal was good, but not the best GF Italian we’ve had.

NIMA positive on shrimp cocktail. GF pasta is made on same equipment as flour based pasta. Just not a good choice despite gluten-free marked on the menu.

I’m so disappointed after the amount of positive reviews. The waiter acted so knowledgeable and confident he was almost dismissive when I asked about celiac protocols in the kitchen. I ordered steak and scallops. After I ate, we asked about GF dessert options, the waiter said “well the Gelato doesn’t have flour so it’s safe.” I was concerned about the safety of the food based on that comment. Unfortunately, I got extremely sick. Full blown glutened mid way through a work conference. It was miserable. Don’t risk it here.
So so so good! I had the lemon pepper spaghetti & subbed chicken for the shrimp. My husband had the filet with mashed potatoes & side of broccolini.

Carlos was amazing and very knowledgeable about the GF items marked on the menu. The chef was wonderful at accommodating my gluten and dairy restrictions and everyone made me feel safe to eat there. I had the petite filet with a fried egg on top on a bed of sautéed broccolini. Sidenote: the decor and ambiance was phenomenal. A must see and eat in Vagas!

Most of the pasta have a gf pasta option. Other items are marked as gf on the menu. There are other gf items, like the brussels sprouts, that aren’t marked as gf due to cc. I appreciate that they don’t bother marking it gf unless there isn’t a cc risk.

The gluten free pasta was really good and tested safe with my Nima. I had the penne rigate gluten free and they made a brown butter gluten free pasta for my son. They charge $25/person for "al fresco" dining that is indoors, but with a view of the strip and you can watch the water show at the Bellagio during the meal.

Went last year and had a great experience. This time complete opposite. We have a gluten allergy and our appetizer came out with crostini on the plate. My husband drink was wrong. Took it back. Waited 30 minutes for the new one. It wasn’t drinkable- because it was straight alcohol and not what he ordered. Third try- still couldn’t get a gin and tonic with an orange twist right. Entrees were good. But when you are paying for the experience (and it is a fine dining restaurant) service is key. There was none. No attention to detail. And even when leaving, told management my disappointment. Response was who was the server, we only have two on tonight. On a Saturday? In Las Vegas??? Poor customer service. Won’t be dining there again. Such a shame as our first experience was fantastic.

We ate breakfast here. They have a nice brunch menu with gf pancakes and a gf blueberry muffins. Of course we also had a side of bacon and eggs. It is very close to Caesars at the Cromwell.

I ate here last night for dinner. I marked in the reservation that I was celiac, called to confirm, and let that staff know when we checked in. The waiter was helpful although a little casual about it, pointing out all the things they can do gluten free in addition to those marked on the menu. They have gluten free pasta so they can make almost any of the pasta dishes gluten free. I got the penne rigate with gluten free pasta. It was the best gf pasta I’ve had since being diagnosed. I almost cried because it was so good and I’ve been missing really good pasta this past year. If it weren’t for it having a different shape than penne, I almost wouldn’t have believed it was gf. The server did note when he brought it out that it was gf too. I also had the artichokes as an appetizer and their gf chocolate cake for dessert. Really yummy, but my tummy did feel a little funny later. Only temporarily though.

Excellent food, and knowledgeable wait staff. There were several menu items marked as GF, but it did not state that there was GF pasta on the menu. I asked our server, and he said that they make GF pasta in house daily, and he gave me several options for dishes made with it. It did not disappoint. There was also a decadent GF chocolate cake and several flavors of ice cream and sorbet available for dessert.

Everything that is gluten free is marked on the menu. My waiter assured me there is no cross-contamination. I had the risotto with scallops. It was delicious, but very pricey for the little amount of food I received. I also had their chocolate cake and that was delicious and filling! Spent $175 on 2 people and felt fine after dinner.

I keep meaning to review this spectacular restaurant. Eaten here three times.
Wow. They know what they're doing for real. I've had the pasta three times. And the steak. And everything else I thought I could stuff into my mouth. There were so many options that I couldn't choose.
Delicious. Staff is more than accommodating with all of it. SO good!

This place was sorry for my language F***ing unreal! My wife decided to order gluten free so we shared two dishes and she said this might be the best pasta I’ve ever had! The lemon spaghetti was really good perfectly season unreal taste. Now for the 2nd dish we tried it’s was the cacio e Pepe bucatini 100% worth the price I could eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner. I’ve had dreams about this paste lol it’s a must!!

Believe the hype. This place offers some of the best gluten free Italian food I’ve had in my life.
While not advertised, handmade gluten free pasta is available on request.
I had the bucatini with Calabrian chili which was to die for. The scallop risotto was also a strong offering though comparatively somewhat bland.
The handmade GF pasta was also egg and nut free — such a treat as someone with multiple allergies.
While not the cheapest, portions are sufficient to get you full. The wine pours were also very generous.
10/10 dining experience. I’ll be dreaming of this meal for years to come.

Giada was such a good experience! I had the dates, the arugula salad and the lemon pasta with special gf pasta. Service was impeccable. The only reason I am giving 4/5 stars is because my pasta was sooo salty, I could barely eat it. But I felt 100% safe and did not get sick!

We had an amazing dinner at Giada last night. A few items were marked as GF on the menu, but our waitress let me know many more items could be prepared GF. I had the bacon wrapped dates as an appetizer. They were perfectly balanced flavors, and the Gorgonzola sauce made the dish. We shared a portion of the GF lemon spaghetti. The GF pasta was amazing, the sauce was light, and the shrimp were huge. I then had the petite filet for my entree. It was perfectly cooked (I requested medium rare and it was). Cocktails (I had an espresso martini and a lemon drop) were also excellent. The portions were large as well. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Gluten free Nutella pancakes made on a sep griddle! So amazing. Gf pasta, Cavetelli is amazing. Great brunch!
Amazing! Our waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and celiac disease. Their Cacio e Pepe is not labelled GF on the menu, but they were able to accommodate and used their homemade GF noodles and omitted the bread. I shared it with a non-GF friend and we both loved it! It’s been over 12hrs and still feel great. Highly recommend!
I did not love what I had, but everyone else did. But the experience was great. Staff knew their stuff. I'll go back and try something else.

Staff was very accommodating. GF items were clearly marked, but I was told some other dishes could be made gf upon request. I had arugula salad and lobster hash. Outstanding!

I had read that they had a g.f. pasta, it was NOT on the menu. As a non-meat eater as well I was about ready to just order a salad and the waiter said, we have a g.f. pasta bolognese. I had it, it was wonderful, but only choice for me and no g.f. bread. I also read a quote from Giada bashing "this gluten free trend". Not sure I will go back.
wonderful meal. Lots of gf options and they have gf pasta. we had the bacon wrapped dates and the salumi appetizers. I had the salmon and my husband had filet. it was really good. the service was great and it was quiet.
Tons of gluten free options are noted on their regular menu. Great food, but very pricey. I posted a review on my blog Alexis's Gluten Free Adventures.
many gluten free options on the menu! no gf pasta, but the risotto was gf. delicious!
divine food. limited menu, carefully prepared, presented with attention to detail. superb service and stunning views. We went for lunch and had burrata with Himalayan sea salt, peccorino Romano with sage and honeycomb honey, kale salad with grilled chicken,.prosciutto, figs and gorgonzola cheese, and a frittata. magnificent.
