Burgers and fries are safe but I HATE the hamburger bun they have. Personal opinion but it’s like a grainy biscuit and doesn’t taste great. It also falls apart and makes a huge mess

We visit the Austin locations regularly without issue. At this location we told the staff of an allergy when we ordered. They took out a form and it looked like they were taking it seriously. When the burger arrived, it was a gluten bun. Fortunately we knew what the GF bun looks like and knew not to eat it, but super disappointed.

One of the BEST Gluten Free meals I’ve had in ages! Large GF menu, great fries!! Had the magic mushroom burger bowl and it was just fantastic! They red flagged my order as allergy! Very pleased!

I don't like doing negative reviews, but based on everyone's 100% safe votes, I tried this place, and I'm hating life right now. The food was okay but expensive. I had to explain what Celiac disease was and why gluten free was imperative, to the young lady at the register and even though they filled out a red allergy card for my food to be safely made, I was definitely glutened. I would not recommend this restaurant if you have Celiac Disease. I'm not sure if someone there is new, and this was a fluke accident, but they sure jacked me up.

A little pricey for a burger, but great food and great options for gluten free. Dedicated frying mde French fries possible and they were from fresh potatoes vs frozen. I had a lettuce wrap and spouse had a gluten free bun. He said it was good. They use a red ticket that screams "allergy" to handling your food, to prevent cross contamination. I would eat here again.

We sat at the bar and ordered which was much easier to explain my needs! The bartender looked up in the ingredients book they have if the salads had any gluten and said any burger could be made GF! I had no reaction and it was still delicious. I got the mushroom burger with a lettuce bun.
Yes
Dedicated fryer for French fries. They fill out a Red Food Allergy form for your food once you identify your allergy and have a separate space for food preparation. Would eat here again, it was great.

Great service from start to finish! The person taking our order was very attentive. There are allergy red tickets that he filled out for each member of my family. He double checked allergen menu. Fries are safe. Great variety of burgers! Shakes can be made gluten free! My son said the vanilla gf shake was really good! Definitely will be back when we go to TX A&M.
The employee wasn’t sure about some gf items, so she immediately asked the manager. My ticket was labeled GF so the kitchen staff would be aware. Great meal! Will absolutely go back!
Very knowledgeable about allergens, and they did a great job accommodating my other food allergies! Burger was juicy and excellent tasting. Plus they serve Maine Root sodas (all of which are GF). Outside seating and play area for kids, too!

Yummy gluten free buns, changed gloves when preparing mine!

Had the classic burger w/ a GF bun & parmesan truffle fries. Everything was great and no stomach ache after!

I had the classic burger on their gluten free bun and the parmesan truffle fries. My meal was fantastic.

They ask if gluten free is a preference or an allergy and take precautions when you say allergy. the French fries are gluten free. the only down side is the bun falls apart and has a strong corn taste.
Yes
Great burger, bad bun! The bun falls apart after a few bites. Some of the milkshakes have gluten in them no ordered one that shouldn’t have had any in it, but I found a piece of pie crust in my shake. Management was really understanding and kind and committed to making sure it’s cleaned before a new shake is made for people who can’t have gluten. They will take precautions for ppl with celiac
Yes
My son is celiac. We went here the other day. Had a gluten “friendly” menu as well as dedicated fryers. My son likes the burger with the gluten free bun, he said it was 10/10. He did not get sick.

I loved this place the first time I went a year ago. Just went back and they told me , that despite ordering my order gluten and dairy free , the gf buns are made with butter in the dough. Disappointing. Fries are delicious but fried in soybean oil, which I can’t have . The salad was gross and tasted plastic-y. I’d say it’s fine for gf fast / junk food if you can tolerate those things and can have dairy, they seem to be good with cross contamination . Unfortunately it’s not healthier

Food is very good. Dedicated menu for GF food. The roll for my sandwich fell apart, needs to be toasted.

My daughter was so excited to see truffle fries in the gluten free menu! They were amazing! Burgers were fantastic too! We will definitely be back- love that they have a dedicated fryer for fries!

I went here based on the food safety feedback and was really impressed. The food was great, they understood celiac and took precautions to make sure I understood what was and was not GF. I had a regular cheeseburger and fries (thin, crispy, salty, HUGE portion) and my non celiac kids had specialty burgers and their own order of queso fries. Their GF bun is more like a biscuit, but if you go in expecting that you will probably like it. Overall, I felt very safe and would definitely go again when I return to Dallas.
