In the past they had multiple items on the menu listed as gluten free. I just came this weekend and there are not many menu items listed gluten free anymore. however the manager said it is because of their new cajun potatoes which are a side and not safe. You can get the potatoes replaced with fruit for a $3 charge and still eat the omelette.

Two GF mains options on the menu. Front of house unaware of GF options but menu clearly displayed options. Server aware of options.

We enjoyed our breakfast here; however, the breakfast menu recently changed and now only lists fruit and breakfast meats (bacon, ham, and sausage) as GF. We had a good server who was able to work with us, but if you are like me you don’t like to rely on getting lucky with good staff.

Not a lot of options. I had jambalaya and it was OK.

The breakfast was good and they handled gluten-free correctly however the bartender/waitress was not overly accommodating with the allergy concern. She warmed up after a while and got the orders correct. She made a bloody Mary that was gluten-free and we had the eggs bacon and hash brown breakfast. A good option if staying at Mandalay Bay, Delano or four seasons.

There are a few items on the menu that are GF, I had the jambalaya and it wasn't very good. We had to wait a while for our food and my husband (who isn't GF) wasn't happy with his food either. Honestly not that great.

My dinner was very tasty. It was my first time trying Jambalaya (marked GF on the menu) and I really enjoyed it! The waitress knew all about gluten intolerances/celiac, and she said all of the staff is well trained on handling allergies. There’s not a whole lot of Gf options, but I was happy to find something I enjoyed.

Very few GF options, no dedicated menu. My wife and I left as there was nothing I could eat that I would enjoy. Their burger is not even marked GF.

This was a strange, great find! We stopped in for a bloody Mary (they can do it GF with tomato juice and not the mix) one morning and asked about GF breakfast options. Super knowledgable and even the hash browns were safe. (If you know, you know).
We liked it so much that we ate here twice! My husband, who is not GF, loved his breakfast and the chicken/waffles. Loved!

Very small selection of gluten-free options. They do take it very seriously and fill out a whole allergy card that explains what needs to be gf. It was a pain trying to get something child friendly for my 7 year old celiac but I think that was on our waitress. I got the jambalaya and it was delicious. Food was good. Probably wouldn’t eat here again due to the lack of options. Service was also horrible. Again I think it was our specific waitress but it took us asking her 4 times to get our waters to the table and she literally brought them 30 seconds before our food came out. Never saw her again and had to ask the hostess to get us our check. Saw a few other reviews about bad service and assumed it was probably just a server they had but it was the worst service we have ever experienced at a restaurant.

There wasn’t a huge selection but what they do make gluten free they take very seriously. It was taking awhile to get our drinks and the waitress apologized and explained. She said when you order gluten free (I did tell her I have Celiac disease) they observe a strict policy process. Before the strict procedures of a safe environment they go through a process where they fill a form and the manager has to sign off. But it’s worth the wait to eat right there and try something new- I tried the jambalaya. It was delicious and I had zero reaction. It was safe. Thank you house of Blues.

The menu had gluten free options marked on it, and when I asked the waiter about cross contamination he said that the gf food was prepared in a separate part of the kitchen and they keep clean pans separate. Apparently there is also a gluten free menu but I did not get it.

I had the shrimp tacos and they were SO good! The server was extremely knowledgeable. They also do an allergy alert card and order your food separately to ensure safety.

We went here for breakfast for 3 of the days we were in town. The omelettes are awesome and they clean/clear the grille to make the hash browns gluten free. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The most affordable omelette in Mandalay Bay.
We haven’t tried lunch or dinner here but if we do I’ll edit this review for comments on that as well.

Staff seemed knowledgeable. Had the jambalaya with no reaction

Our waitress was awesome! The manager came out to check on us. It was the best experience I've had eating out so far. They took our allergy very serious.

They told me after I orderes that the chicken that was marked Gluten free on the menu is in fact not gluten free.

had a reaction to the Mahi tacos
I very had the street tacos they were so good. It had been a few hours without reaction.
They have a gf menu, but be careful because they do not have a dedicated frier. Ordered a skillet and was told that the potatoes are not gf, but it was listed in the menu. Food was good though.
Amazing experience here! I have several food allergies including dairy, corn and gluten. When I alerted my server to them she was so great to really listen and knowledgeable about options for me on the menu. What really made my experience though, was the head chef, Patricia came out and talk to me personally about preparing my food and all the safe measures she would take. She made me feel so comfortable and my food was delicious. We had such a good experience we went back 2 more times in 3 days. Definitely recommend!

We were able to get gluten free wings, ribs, and street tacos. The standard menu clearly identified many gluten free options. The server was very attentive, and the food was well-prepared and delicious.

Had an amazing experience here. I got the Southern Salad. Tony, the bartender, took it very seriously when I told him I had celiac. He went to the kitchen to confirm the dressing was gluten free (the dish was labeled as such, but wanted to be sure). The salad was delicious and I had no reaction.

Food was delicious, but our waitress was misinformed about the buns. She was under the impression ALL buns were gluten free. Thankfully our daughter (celiac) opted for the jambalaya but she had a bite of our burger. We were so thrilled with the gluten free quality that we inquired- only to find out the buns are VEGAN and not gluten free. Our waitress was mortified and we learned a lesson. ALWAYS ASK FOR THE CHEF.
Otherwise- the food, service and options were pretty good.

Put alerts on my food and my GF grandmother’s. However, hers still came on a bun and mine just wasn’t very good. They kept recommending us sides that weren’t on the GF safe part of the menu. Wouldn’t recommend it to my GF friends.
