Had a burger with gluten free bun and side salad. Tasted great! Service was wonderful and very helpful! Had no celiac reaction.

Had the taco salad and felt sick afterwards. Don't think it was gluten free. The chips made me feel very bloated. Don't think they are gluten free.
We went here for our last night of our family vacation....Huge mistake! They had a 2hr wait but we were willing to wait due to the fact that my sister and two yr old daughter both have celiac disease and had heard this place was good about cross contamination. We had a large group of 16. 6 of those being children. When they took us to our table they split us up (which was fine) but both tables were dirty. When we asked if they needed to be cleaned a passing waiter said "That's as good as it gets." Really??? Ok so we cleaned the table and sat down. My sister and I made sure we sat at the same table to make things easier about the gluten free order. Unfortunately it took them 15 mins to take our drink orders. The other half of our group had their drinks before we could order ours. The waiter did seem knowledgable about gluten free options and was able to assure us that the food was prepared in a separate area. We didn't get our food until 45 mins later! When the food was brought out my sisters nachos were wrong and had to be fixed. My daughter's hamburger was also wrong but by this point she was half starved and I didn't want to mess with it. The waiter explained to the other table that he was normally a bartender but they were short staffed which may have been the problem that the service was slow and food was wrong but still when you worry that things have to be done right so your not horribly sick later than this service is not what you want. I don't recommend this place! To expensive for the taste of the food and the type of service! I can't recommend that this place is celiac friendly when I'm scared in the horribly prepared food and the shortness of staff that they didn't screw up our food and contaminate it.
This is not the correct address for Margaritaville restaurant. Not sure what this is.
Great food, great atmosphere, and great service!!! Would highly recommend

We explained to the waiter that our daughter has celiac. We ordered the cheeseburger with a gluten free bun & the fries. He said the fries have a seasoning on them that is not GF so he would make sure they were unseasoned. The food came out & the fries had the seasoning - which was not very noticeable. Thankfully, we caught it before she ate it & they remade her whole plate of food. Several waiters & managers apologized but we probably won't eat here again.
Gluten free buns, separate frier for fries and tots. Manager very knowledgeable.
The food here is really good. Dedicated fryer for the fries. The Cheeseburger in Paradise works with the gluten free bun, BUT the bun is really crumbly.
We returned for a second visit and were informed by the waiter that the menu was not correct. It under-identified items that were gluten-free. Among the additions the nachos (with chicken instead of chili; several salads, the grilled chicken sandwich; and, the brownie sundae). It was an amazing experience.

BEWARE! I got glutened and I asked the server to communicate my need and ordered a labeled item. Bun was GF but either that or the fries was not okay. Had symptoms before I got home.

We got there about 3pm, but still waited for a table for 8 people. Our server was nice. Gluten free items were marked on the menu, but there weren't many choices besides salad and burgers. I got the volcano nachos and a side of fries because they had a separate fryer. I asked if the chili on the nachos was gluten free, and the server said it was. The nachos were tasty, but huge, and the fries were perfect. Nothing was marked from the kitchen, so I had to confirm with the food runner that my fries were gluten free. Made me nervous, but I didn't have any reactions.

Very fun environment at Pigeon Forge location. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten and we felt very comfortable. Gluten free items marked on menu. Fair variety but seemed like more burgers, fries, salads type place. We usually avoid appetizers because not many options at places, but they had huge table size GF nacho appetizer. My GF daughter loved it! We couldn’t even finish them all! Separate fryer and really liked the fries. Would go back if had the option.

Good food. Items are marked. Waitress was not knowledgeable on procedures for preparing food and food was not marked coming out. It makes me nervous as a celiac patient but we were on vacation and this a good stop.
