Husband and I shared a plate of nachos. The tortilla chips aren’t fried. Very good, but fair warning-they give a very large portion-it was basically a nacho tower!

Said they had a dedicated fry fryer but then offered onion rings and fries for the side. When I asked to swap from fries to a salad I was offered the salad in addition to the fries. Complete lack of understanding on how food allergies work.

Nachos were ok but clearly have cross contamination…I’m guessing from the fryer.

Gluten free items are marked on the menu and my server seemed knowledgeable. He said they had two fryers and one was dedicated to gf, but I got very sick after eating nachos. I doubt the fryer is dedicated and I would not return.

Plenty of gluten free options. I love the burgers! I’ve eaten here several times and never gotten sick. As long as you tell them you have celiac they will take proper precautions. They do not have a gluten free fryer.

Would not recommend, I got really sick after eating here! They have gf food marked on the menu. I got a burger with gf bun. They said they had a dedicated fryer for the fries so I got those too. Food was pretty good but service was slow. I got super sick after eating here so I do not think they prevented cross-contact. Would not recommend to others with celiac disease, but it would be fine for someone with intolerance or gf preference

Terrible service. Staff was knowledgeable about what could be made gluten free. Did not get sick but would not go here again.

Ordered a Perfect rita and it tasted horrible so the waiter returned it and said they splashed it with club water because they ran out of lime juice so they got more lime juice and made a new one. Barely tasted any tequila. For $11 it sucked. We got the Gf nachos and it was all chips hardly any chili or whatever they use. Its was literally all chips with melted cheese & toppings in the top. I have been to Orlando’s multiple times and this one is very disappointed.

GF options of burgers and sandwiches, but service was extremely slow, took 2 hours and husband who is not GF got very sick! Our food was luke warm. So many people complained about their food there.

They have a pretty good sized gf selection. I had a turkey burger with a gf bun, I have Crohn’s so no beef. It was the best turkey burger I think I’ve ever had. Bun wasn’t too bad either. Started to come apart a little but nothing terrible and I was able to eat the whole think! Staff was also knowledge of what sides were gf.
We visited Margaritaville twice while in Nashville. The first experience was ok, didn’t get sick. The second experience was PHENOMENAL! It was a crazy busy Saturday night and we were sitting in the bar. Our waitress took such great care to make sure my food was correct. I thanked her for this and she made such a sweet comment about nothing bad happening on her watch!
Yes
Very good! They have a dedicated fryer, so fries with my gluten free cheeseburger in paradise.
The people were very nice, but manager came over to the table and said they had nothing safe for a Celiac. They can't guarantee no cross-contamination. I appreciated their honesty, but had to go somewhere else.
No
You need to let them know that you need gluten free. There are small changes they can do to some dishes to make them safe. I had a salad and I had no problems.
It was draft weekend so they were super busy but, the waitress said they’re very conscious of their GF not being near other food and they have separate friers for their tortilla chips and fries! The nachos were so good! And they have GF buns.
Yes
Great place, service and food! No gf menu but lots of options and they have a gf bun for burgers/sandwiches :)
All - gluten free menu and fun place ! I had a burger!
Waitress knew what was safe and not. Offered suggestions and had manager tell kitchen to prepare safely. Thanks!
Yes
Went out of their way to assure my food was gluten-free, including one of their margaritas. The GF brownie dessert is a must have!
Yes
I asked the hostess when we walked in if they had a gluten free menu and she showed me on the regular menu that everything that has a picture with a wheat symbol is gluten free. She was knowledgeable. Our waitress was new and if she wasn’t quite sure of an answer she would go check and come back and let me know. They took it very serious even on an extremely busy Friday night that I have celiac.
Yes
Got really sick here even after explaining to the waitress that I have celiac. BEWARE!

Gluten free buns and super yummy dedicated fryer fries but the buns were not ideal. I've had many that were way tastier. I couldn't drink my Margarita bc it was way way too strong. My husband even had a hard time and you couldn't taste any flavors in them. Waitress was average. Very expensive for mediocre food and average service.
Yes
They explained the menu to me even when it was out the door busy. Our waiter was so kind to double check ingredients with the manager. I had the GF bun and it was okay but not my favorite.. the brownie was pretty good!!!

Knowledgeable servers...very accommodating. Dedicated fryers.
Okay food. Okay service. Expensive.

Server was very knowledgeable and outlined the steps kitchen takes to ensure GF including Separate prep area. GF marked on menu. Shared nachos with my husband and they were very good.

Love the cheeseburger in paradise! We told the staff to mark it for a good allergy and made sure they cooked the fries in a separate fryer I never got sick! We stopped here twice on our visit.
Not celiac friendly. I got very sick ordering off the gluten free menu. I got the volcano nachos as an appetizer and the grilled chicken sandwich for my entree. I am not sure where it went wrong. Probably just cross contamination. Not worth it. Just don't go.
Went here with my daughter who is highly allergic to wheat and is thought to have celiac for appetizers and to listen to music. The people were all very nice and They have a very small gluten free menu from which we ordered the shrimp which came with gluten free bread. It seemed to be a very popular appetizer as many people ordered the same thing around us. When the server came out with our appetizer they were unsure who it was for. Finally decided it was for us and gluten free. I questioned them multiple times about it and they insisted it was gluten free. Well as we were eating my daughter started to get an allergic reaction. We had to run 4 blocks in the rain to get Benadryl until we could make it to the emergency room. She also had a rebound reaction a few days later. She is now experiencing all the horrible symptoms that come along with a glutening and it ruined our trip to Nashville. Would not recommend eating here unless they change how they mark gluten free plates in the kitchen.

It's the epitome of chain restaurants, but the food is safe and the staff is well trained. I've eaten at Margaritaville at least half a dozen times and have never gotten sick. My order was wrong once and the manager walked the 2 blocks to my place to hand deliver a safe version of my carry out order along with a sincere apology a promise to review the importance of detail in gf orders. Plus, I can actually have fries!
Yes
Had a great waiter, Chris Rhodes, who made mult trips to check on my restrictions. Got the GF shrimp appetizer (lime-butter shrimp and veggies with GF toast strips). It was excellent, and I had no problems at all, which is great when you're travelling! Wish we had this restaurant near home! (I am GF and casein free, and am pretty sensitive to cross contact, but not diagnosed celiac...)

Ate here twice while on my trip! Staff is very knowledgable and they have a decent gluten free menu. The burger was delicious!
good food and music.

Not as good as the one in Niagara Falls where I remember a much better burger and fries. Appreciate the dedicated fryer but the crinkle cut fries were nothing special. My medium well burger was pretty pink. Also remember a better bun at the Falls. This one totally fell apart and I switched to eating with a knife and fork. Oh, and the cheese was not melted on the burger just kind of laid on top. The waitress was very attentive, but not much else to write home about.
Yes
I have been to the Margarittaville in Florida. I got the exact same thing in Nashville (chicken sandwich with fries) and it was just as good. Very happy with the food and consistency at different locations!
Service was slow. Food was tolerable, my sons burger was heavily seasoned and in edible. Buns sat under warmer and were hard. On the bright side, the great manager apologized and compensated our disappointing visit and we will not be returning.
Really good and friendly. The gluten free buns was really good.
Very knowledgable staff. They have a gluten free menu and were very aware of cross contamination. They may have changed the buns since the last reviewer went, because the bun on my chicken sandwich was great. Also... The nachos were great!
I couldn't have been happier, I had cheeseburger in paradise and fries! Honestly very good. Great for kids too, my son loved the balloon maker on stilts
GF burger bun crumbled on contact and tasted like sun-dried cardboard. Worst GF burger ever.
The food here is really good. Dedicated fryer for the fries. The Cheeseburger in Paradise works with the gluten free bun, BUT the bun is really crumbly.
We returned for a second visit and were informed by the waiter that the menu was not correct. It under-identified items that were gluten-free. Among the additions the nachos (with chicken instead of chili; several salads, the grilled chicken sandwich; and, the brownie sundae). It was an amazing experience.

BEWARE! I got glutened and I asked the server to communicate my need and ordered a labeled item. Bun was GF but either that or the fries was not okay. Had symptoms before I got home.

We got there about 3pm, but still waited for a table for 8 people. Our server was nice. Gluten free items were marked on the menu, but there weren't many choices besides salad and burgers. I got the volcano nachos and a side of fries because they had a separate fryer. I asked if the chili on the nachos was gluten free, and the server said it was. The nachos were tasty, but huge, and the fries were perfect. Nothing was marked from the kitchen, so I had to confirm with the food runner that my fries were gluten free. Made me nervous, but I didn't have any reactions.

Very fun environment at Pigeon Forge location. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten and we felt very comfortable. Gluten free items marked on menu. Fair variety but seemed like more burgers, fries, salads type place. We usually avoid appetizers because not many options at places, but they had huge table size GF nacho appetizer. My GF daughter loved it! We couldn’t even finish them all! Separate fryer and really liked the fries. Would go back if had the option.

Good food. Items are marked. Waitress was not knowledgeable on procedures for preparing food and food was not marked coming out. It makes me nervous as a celiac patient but we were on vacation and this a good stop.
