My first time at a Margaritaville. Nice atmosphere. Dedicated fryer, gluten free buns. A little pricey, but overall good.
Celiac friendly. I’d recommend the burgers. I made a mistake and I ordered a salad. Didn’t get much for the price. It was like $0.20 worth of lettuce and half a chicken breast. But - the GF burger my son ordered looked much better.
I ate here last night. My waiter new about gluten free and assured me they take it seriously. They do as I had no issues and it was nice to have fries as it’s rare to find a place with a dedicated fryer. I just had the cheeseburger and the GF bun was good. Nice to have a place that’s safe for Celiacs in AC. We need more. Thanks.
Super friendly staff. Our waiter, Wesley, was great. As soon as I told him I was celiac, he called the manager out to our table. She went over everything, explaining how they have a dedicated frier and space. The condiments for their burgers are all squeeze bottles so no cross-contamination there! I am so thankful they care so much.
waitress was knowledgeable, confident. Food was excellent. everyones food was excellent. Neat atmosphere, not too loud, but comfortable. Great location near Gatlinburg TN, Located in Pigeon Forge TN. Very happy with service and food.
Staff was very knowledgeable, many gluten-free options, dedicated fryer for the french fries. We ate there for dinner and breakfast and the chef came to our table to go over breakfast options and ensured us she would handle best to avoid any cross contamination. I was fine after both meals and really enjoyed the meals. Would definitely go back!!
The staff was knowledgeable and to made sure my order was gluten free she wrote “Celiac” on the order! Yummy hamburger!! And fries!!! Looking forward to going back in the future.
So disappointed. Our teenage son loves Margaritaville and we've been to several all around the country and Canada and have always had a good meal and a good time. This time, it was like pulling hens teeth to get someone to discuss gluten free. The hostess looked at us like we had two head when we asked and she went to the bar to ask. In the meantime another server came up to seat us and when I asked she said Yeah it's on the menu. (Ok).... She was curt and rather rude. My son was so nice to her and she was apparently done for the day as they were changing shifts as we found out after we ordered and ended up with a different server. Our original server was taking off soon but had 35 minutes to stand around and make small talk with a table next to us while completely ignoring us. Our new server was too busy talking to the hostess with her back to us to waste her time answering any questions or getting a refill for a drink for a really dried out sandwich. Was definitely NOT expecting this level of "service". We were in there when the place was slow. Maybe they need more incentive to move but just kind of ruined my son's first experience in Key West and he assumed everyone was rude going forward. He was tired, hungry and treated poorly so kind of ruined his mood (and mine since he was so disappointed). Yes I get it we all have people who could be nicer at times, but these people are used to first time visitors so if you don't want to get yourself in a mindset to be happy and take care of them then maybe you should move on? We are always polite and thankful for those restaurants who care about gluten free and so appreciate their efforts but rude servers isn't something anyone should tolerate.
Awesome place, extremely knowledgeable about gluten free. Manager came out and spoke to us about gluten free. They even had an awesome GF brownie with ice cream for dessert. Everyone had something they loved, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Will definitely go back if I am in the area
The menu is marked but we asked for a manager to be sure. The chef / manager came out and was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was good and the chef came out to check on us again to make sure we were happy and to reassure us about the food being gluten free. With this kind of service and attention to detail we will definitely eat here again!
We love Jimmy so to find out they have a gluten free menu for my son was awesome. They had a gluten free menu and servers were helpful and knowledgeable. They offered to have chef speak to us but we declined. They had a dedicated fryer and even offered gluten free dessert ( brownie sundae)! We had another sever and a manager check in with us on our order also. The rest of us ordered off regular menu but our sever made good suggestions about what was gluten free and how they could adjust items . We ordered nachos and they offered to serve sauce on the side since it wasn’t gluten free. Overall we all had a great experience ( together)! Nice
Waitress was a little shaky on her Celiac/GF information but I asked for a Manager. He came right out, explained everything they do in the kitchen, educating the waitress, as well and I felt comfortable ordering. Was told they have a separate section in their kitchen for GF prepping. I did not get sick. Will go again.
Don't bother with this location. We have been to other locations and had great experiences. Server not knowledgeable about gluten free procedures or even if fryer is dedicated or not. Managers did not follow their own procedures regarding speaking to guests with celiac disease or allergies. Waited too long to get average, cold food. Spend your money somewhere else in Pigeon Forge.
Went for dinner and got the cheddar BBQ turkey burger with a gluten free bun and it was delicious! the waiter knew right away to tell me that the fries are in a dedicated fryer! And went again for breakfast and the waitress was very accommodating and helped out with making an eggs Benedict gluten free!
Gluten free options are clearly marked on their menu. The server was knowledgeable with the gf menu items. I had the catch of the day which was salmon, served over rice with mango salsa and broccoli. It was delicious and very generous portions.
So pleased to hear one of the first two questions asked by our waiter, was if anyone had food allergies! I explained I had celiac disease and he totally understood and rang in my food as Gluten Allergy. I had the cheeseburger in paradise and the bun was the best GF bread I’ve had! Also great to know they have a dedicated fryer! Had no reaction!
They are all awesome!! Food was great! We always get the volcano nachos with grilled chicken!! Justin G was an outstanding server! Have a gluten allergy, he was knowledgeable, and explained process. A manager brought our food out!! We have never gotten sick from cross contamination here!!! Always our go to while in PCB!! ❤
The worst dining experience I have ever had! The restaurant was dirty and run down. The hallway to the bathrooms had vomit and according to my husband, the men’s room was covered in vomit. (No vomit in women’s room but it was dirty and smelly.) 3 of our plates came out wrong so we sent them back—1 had a regular bun and 2 had cheese (my kids have dairy allergy too). Then one still came out wrong the 3rd time! The waitress said the kitchen was full of Haitians that don’t speak English so that did not make me feel safe. Then the manager came out to ask (in an accusing way) why we were sending food back instead of apologizing to us. Then when the bill came, all those extra meals were listed with a lump some subtracted at the bottom which was very confusing. I still think we were overcharged, but we were about to miss the sunset, so we paid it. I cannot believe Jimmy Buffett would allow his name on this dump! They don’t even deserve 1 star!
I would not recommend this for celiacs. They do not have a dedicated flyer. My daughter asked for the Asian salad which is marked gluten free and the waiter told me they use regular soy sauce. She ended up ordering the taco salad without the tortilla strips (which contain gluten) and it tested negative for gluten on our Nima.

We ate there twice during our week in Pigeon Forge. Both times the chef came to our table to discuss the order and assured us that they take Celiac very seriously. We felt very confident in eating there and did not experience any problems. Gluten-free items are marked on the menu.
I ate here twice on my recent vacation. One dinner, I had a grilled grouper sandwich on a gluten free bun with french fries cooked in a dedicated fryer. The other time I had a blackened grouper sandwich on a gluten free bun with french fries cooked in a dedicated fryer. Both times the waitresses were attentive and rung in my order as an allergy. They told me it would take longer for our food since the chefs would change gloves and utensils. We did have to wait a little longer for our food, but it was well worth the wait.
I asked the hostess when we walked in if they had a gluten free menu and she showed me on the regular menu that everything that has a picture with a wheat symbol is gluten free. She was knowledgeable. Our waitress was new and if she wasn’t quite sure of an answer she would go check and come back and let me know. They took it very serious even on an extremely busy Friday night that I have celiac.
The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten allergies. The menu has a little gf next to it if the item is gluten free. All burgers can be made gf with a gf bun and fries are good as well!! Best burger place ever!!
