The food is NOT Gluten-Free by both the NIMA and meeting getting glutened. I have experienced more than one poor experience over the last year. I really wanted it to be GF. They assured me it was and it came out on the special plate. It came back with Gluten. When I politely alerted the manager, he was very aggressive/rude and claimed that is not possible. We found out later on they had changed another sauce/spice one again to one that is NOT GF. I have given up on this restaurant and will not go back after the horrible encounter. No one should be made to feel bad because they have Celiac. I should note than I am extra sensitive to gluten compared to a lot of people.

Always love coming here! Never have reactions! But I always make sure to repeat gluten free because I’ve had a sever not pay attention before.

Server made me feel pretty uncomfortable saying it would be difficult to find options. Ended up doing just rice noodles and veggies which was bland.

Last night I was glutenized here, the worst I have ever experienced. Within 30 minutes of eating I began vomiting, and it confused until 3 am. So miserable in a hotel! The order went in as GF (per receipt) but the kitchen must have given me full on gluten! I ordered curbside takeout.

The GF Mongolian beef is delicious! I love Chinese food and appreciate being able to order GF items. GF chicken wraps are also good. A little pricey. They have always gotten to order right both dine in and to go. Never gotten sick. One time I did have to send back the chicken wraps bc they looked different. They did end up being the non GF one but I had not eaten any. I would recommend always double checking with the person who delivers the food that it is GF. Mistakes do happen on busy nights and like anything that there are two versions of -GF and non GF- it’s good to double check.

Gluten-free is a separate section of their regular menu. They have gf soy sauce. They will prepare any order in a separate area. They have special plates and red condiment ramekins that are all gf only. They have one dessert, a chocolate ganache with berries and raspberry sauce. It is very rich, and it is plenty for two or three.

PF Chang's has always been my fave restaurant, so when I found out I needed to be GF I was bummed. But they have quite a few selections in their normal everyday menu (no asking for a separate special piece of paper that makes you feel different from everyone else at the table!) I SO wish their Kung Pao Chicken was GF - that used to be my favorite thing ever. So I ordered their GF lettuce wraps and GF fried rice. Both tasted pretty identical to the originals and were very yummy! Those two dishes were served on a plate with the PFC's logo on it to differentiate from everyone else's. I also got the chocolate dome flourless "cake" since it was my bday. It was ok. I could only eat about 3 bites. Very very rich and dense, kind of like a heavy fudge. Overall, I was very pleased. And I made it all the way home without being sick or anything!! Win!
Apparently in Bentonville, Arkansas this is some sort of big important ritzy place to dine. It took so long, waiting outside, to get a table, we have up. In Long Island, this place is located in less than desirable neighborhoods. The few times I have been, their staff knew what GF meant but they let me eat Gluten anyway, and literally ran back to my table and took the food away explaining they misinformed me. I had already eaten the gluten and went home sick. Too bad I couldn't get into the "ritzy" one. Perhaps they don't poison the hell out of you? In any case, there are so many additives in their food it gives me headaches. Some ppl can cope with that. Enjoy!
Best meal ever. Waitress very knowledgable about ingredients. Can't wait to go back.
Many choices. Taste and presentation goog. Wait staff very helpful.
Great gluten free menu. We love Chinese food, so this is a nice option. Even gluten free beer!
Lots of options - enjoyed Mongolian beef (favourite dish), beef and broccoli, fried rice with shrimp, and pad chai chicken. All gf food was served on gold bowls to signify gluten free. Thoroughly enjoyed dinner and no issues afterwards. Highly recommend booking to eat here.

I have been to this location twice and have had a great experience both times. The gluten free menu is pretty straight forward and the staff has been great. The gluten free options come on a different color plate.

I had PF CHANGS without any issues in the past, however I was very sick last weekend after having lunch on 13 Jan 23. The waitress didn’t seem like she paid much attention when I asked for gluten free and told her that it is due to celiac. I had spicy Changs chicken and brown rice. I wish the restaurants would take this seriously since it is not just a choice to have Gluten free food.

I have eaten here several times, staff has always been very careful when bringing our food. Gluten free items are served in different colored plates and cooked in separate part of the kitchen dedicated to gluten free food.

Not great. Decent food, but super pricey for what you get. I’ve never gotten sick but I haven’t gone back.
