It used to be ok but my last few times eating there made me sick. Used to be one of my favorite places to eat.

Excellent. They are very aware of gluten allergies- separate plates and everything. I’ve eaten there 3 times now and all great experiences. The gluten free chocolate soufflé is ah-mazing.

Come here in the past no problem! Brought my mom for her birthday and we both ordered gf and mentioned an allergy. I was ok but her meal made her incredibly sick in the car! I called to let them know and they assured me a refund but didn’t process it.

I spoke with the manager and he assured me they used a separate space to prepare food, separate pans and utensils however, my meal made me sick
I ordered the chicken lettuce wrap yesterday. I felt terrible afterwards so I think there was gluten in my meal.

P.F. Chang's are always amazing for Celiac no matter where you go. The allergen knowledge is top notch. They always bring the food out on a special plate so you know it's gluten free.
Yes
They have the best gluten free menu really safe, the staff have knowledge about Alergies The best!!!

I have celiac disease. PF Chang's has a separate menu for gluten free meals. I have eaten there twice since being diagnosed. I have alerted my servers to my issue with gluten and have not had any problems.

I have been here a dozen times and never gotten sick. Separate plates indicate allergy, manager usually, but not always, brings them out. The only downside is that they seem to have taken the GF chocolate dome off the menu leaving no GF dessert choices. Ice cream is an option but I avoid ice cream when eating out because I can’t usually read the ingredient list for that item and barley malt is a sneaky one in ice cream sometimes.
*edited to add: I had the coconut ice cream. The waitress checked the ingredients for me and no barley malt. It was yummy too!
Yes
The best at gluten free. Separate menu, special plates for GF only, separate kitchen space. Super safe and really good
Yes
Great food. Separate GF kitchen.

great food! the entire staff is so attentive . Everyone is schooled on gluten free. We had the lettuce wraps and Mongolia beef. I am a very picky eater and it was amazing . I had cake with strawberries all gluten free! what a great dinner!

This place is amazing! They are very understanding of your needs, and the staff is very friendly. They have great GF food. Lots of choices. I like this place a lot, and it is definitely celiac friendly. I've never gotten sick before, and it is one of the few places that we can trust!

The food was fabulous and they were very careful with our food. It's a bit pricey but they encourage sharing and portions are generous. My husband doesn't need to eat gluten free, but my girls and I have celiac disease. When my husband ordered an item that could be made gluten free, she asked if we wanted to order it gf so we could all share. It was a great idea. We all felt very safe. I wish they were closer I'd eat there frequently.

The only thing wrong with this place is that it is far from my house - doesn't stop us from going though! Fresh and tasty food. great staff; we have gone now almost a dozen times and have enjoyed it each time.

I usually do well here but last weekend I got glutened. I ordered a chicken dish from their gluten free menu and when it arrived. It looked deep fried. I asked the server when it arrived and she assured me it was gluten free. I spent the next few days miserable and I'm still so itchy!
Unfortunately, not only am I celiac, but also allergic to seafood. That removes like 75% of the menu for me😢 that being said, they revamped the menu and dishes. The lemon chicken is the only meat dish I can eat. The new improved version was out of this world. I just wish there were more entrees I could eat. They do have a nice gluten free menu.

Good food service can be slow but they are really good about the food and the kitchen knows what they are doing

I've eaten here many times, my hubby has never had a bad reaction. The food is awesome! The service is excellent for gluten free, a bit pricey, and sometimes extra unauthorized charges but overall a 5 for gluten free! They even have gluten free deserts and condiments 😊
Yes
This place is awesome, and since we are always looking for GF places, this is awesome! There celiac friendly menu is great, and I did not get sick afterwards. I always visit

They have an Awesome Gluten Free Menu!! The food is outstanding.. I am normally not a fan of chain restaurants but this one is great!! Thank you P.F. Chang's for the gluten free options..

Staff was very knowledgeable and the food was delicious! i will be visiting here often!
Great GF menu and the food is fantastic!
Yes
Staff was exceptional. Very accommodating. We will definitely be back. GF menu has many options.
I do have to say that if you only have a gluten free diet there menu is okay... But if you are also dairy free it becomes very complicated and you are left with an extremely limited menu. And the cook will not cook to order or is not flexible and will not change the ingredients to menu items to accommodate a gluten free dairy free diet.
Outstanding service, menu, and staff education. But do yourself a favor -- make a reservation! I've been given wait times of over two hours, even on weeknights. Be sure to call ahead for dinner.
I am usually not a fan of chains, but of this one, I am!! They have this chicken that is somewhat like general tso's, and it is gluten-free and so yummy! Some of their sides are pretty fantastic as well.
The flourless chocolate cake is actually more like a giant piece of fudge.
We’re so sad! We love PF Changs. My mans noddles had PASTA in them. Although the box had stickers saying it was gluten free it was not. $40 spent on a nice meal for nothing. I would not recommend this Changs if you’re GF Celiac

They are very aware of cross contamination and what contains gluten. Not a lot of options but very good awareness.

Went on a busy night, had the gluten free chicken pad Thai with no tofu and gluten free Singapore street noodles. The server was very knowledgeable about their gluten free options and GFO is marked on the menu. At least 7 options which is more than most chains. The food was excellent, very flavourful and had no reaction whatsoever.

Ordered the spicy chicken with a side of fried rice and everything came out marked gluten free. Before I even got the check, I could already feel myself getting sicker by the second. This was likely a case of carelessness and seems to be a trend at this location based on other reviews. Would avoid this location if you are sensitive to cross contamination.
