They are very aware of cross contamination and what contains gluten. Not a lot of options but very good awareness.
We have been coming to this PF Changs for years and it has never disappointed! They are always so good with gluten free & even have a whole separate kitchen in the back for allergies to prevent cross contamination. It is very helpful to servers when you specify if you have an allergy when you are ordering drinks so they have a heads up! The street noodles are the best here, definitely a go to! The plates have changed recently for gluten allergies and are now on a black plate with a gold ring around it! The plates without allergies are solid black.
I had the combo fried rice (delicious, large portion) and egg drop soup (no flavor, not worth the $)…very good experience, GF marked menu

Got the chicken fried rice. The menu labeled it gfree but I had to make sure to specify to make it gfree. Not bad at all
Had the fried rice and chicken and lettuce wraps. They were out of the gluten free sauce for the lettuce wraps but were great even without. Waiter was knowledgeable about celiac and gluten free. Meal brought out on white plate with logo on edge of plate.
Been here several times without a problem. Ordered pad Thai and ginger chicken and both have been great!
The menu had a lot of options and the meal was delicious
So many GF options including cocktails, apps, entrees, and desserts. My favorite is the GF Chang's Spicy Chicken! The GF Ginger Chicken is ok, but has less flavor I think. But neither made me sick so that's most important!

PF Chang's is always amazing for celiacs! And the food is great too.
The delicious chicken lettuce wraps are gluten free! Get the spicy chicken and egg drop soup that are also GF! Great gluten free soy sauce and menu options!
They're always so attentive when I tell them I have celiac. The waitstaff goes above & beyond and the food has never made me sick. A great, reliable restaurant that doesn't require research or cause me gluten anxiety!
PF Chang's knows how to handle GF food! GF menu has lots of delicious options - the rest of my family even orders off of the GF menu.
Absolutely amazing food!!!!!! They are extremely careful to keep food gluten free, they even use special gluten-free-only plates.
Great food but terrible bar service for ordering food. Bartender didn't and wouldn't come out to help customers for so long we went back to get a table to order. First terrible experience with this chain. They are usually amazing. Food was still very good.
Wonderful gluten free menu! Our family usually gets lettuce wraps, Singapore noodles, ginger chicken and a wonderful spicy beef dish to share and all of them are wonderful. The flourless chocolate cake is to die for. We've eaten here many times and have never gotten sick.

They have all day specials at the bar with selected drinks $5 and selected apps $10 including the chicken lettuce wraps which can be done GF. Didn’t get sick.
I ate here for the 1st time w/ a group of friends Wed 11/20, & I was the only GF in the group (intolerance). I called ahead, & was assured GF options (GFO) were listed on the menu & that my server would take good care of my needs. I reviewed the menu online from home, but was pleasantly surprised to see the actual menu was much larger than website. Shoutout to David, our server, & the mgr (Roy?). I had Mongolian Beef over fried rice, the GFO soup, & peach ginger hot tea. It was all delicious!!!

This place is great. Very knowledgeable and tasty. They keep everything separated so no cross contamination.
Gluten free options are marked, they have Mongolian beef, beef or chicken and broccoli, lettuce wraps, Mongolian tofu, pad Thai, Chang's spicy chicken, and egg drop soup, as well as chocolate souffle for dessert. I love PF Chang's and it is my favorite restaurant as a symptomatic celiac. They even have specific plates for gluten-free foods so it doesn't get mixed up or contaminated. Their food is amazing and I can't get enough of the Mongolian beef. A meal is usually about $12-16 sometimes higher so it's a little expensive but not bad and worth it 10/10.
