Food was amazing! I order the Pad Thai (my favorite), fried rice, and shrimp in lobster sauce. Everything was so good. It’s been 24 hours and I didn’t get sick at all! They have great allergy protocols.

I’ve ordered pad Thai online here twice since diagnosis. There’s no where online to add a note of dietary restrictions. The first time I was glutened - I think they used regular soy sauce in the sauce. 2nd time was fine but that was because they forgot the sauce.

We have two Celiacs in our family and love this place. GF items come out on a round plate which is different than other items. Knowledgeable staff.

GF menu is limited, but safe! They really know how to avoid cc and take precautions. The Mongolian beef was delicious and I did not get sick.

The gluten free menu is respectable. I've had the Street Noodles twice and they are quite good. The gluten free items are served on dishes that have a ring on them. Very tasty and no problems.

Decent gluten free menu. I was disappointed that there wasn't more seafood on it. Of course the prices are higher for anything gluten free... but overall a good experience.

Ate here today, and it was delicious. No contamination issues, staff was friendly and unfazed by my ordering off the GF menu.

Eat here a lot, never been sick. the flourless chocolate bomb is AMAZING!
GF and DF so I don't eat out much. When I do I always go here 1st. I don't think I can ever get tired of their food! I really like not having to ask for a GF menu. ALL establishments should follow suit.
Service great! Food great!

I have been gluten-free for about three years. Not out of fashion, but by medical condition. PF Changs is AWESOME in their offerings for gluten free dishes. They are careful with cross contaminatin, will use GF soy sauce, and advise you of any and all menu selections to eat or stay away from. They train the staff well, and I have never been "gluten contaminated" at any PF Changs. I wish I could say that for other restaurants offering GF but not following safe food protocols. Thanks PF for the GF... you're amazing.
I was very excited to eat off the gf menu since I recently discovered I can no longer eat gluten and this was one my first times eating out. I got sick very soon after. I dont know if it was cross contaminaton or the wrong food but I would be carefull.
The recently revised menu offers more and even better optons. I've never had a problem after eating at P.F. Chang's, leading me to believe they know what they are doing.
The GF menu is great and you'll feel like you are cheating because it is so good. But verify that what is delivered to your table is actually GF. They goof up a lot
They were very receptive to those with a gluten problem and I ordered from the gluen free menu and it was good. Will visit again.
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
