I tried PF Chang’s multiple times hoping that they really could do gluten free. I’ve gotten sick every time and won’t risk it again. They don’t prioritize cross-contamination. I’ve actually had food that had a random gluten noodle buried in it, that proves they use the same spoons, and prep areas. If it matters, don’t risk it!

We had a great experience here. They have dedicated spaces and dishes to signal gluten free. We were super happy to be able to eat some great food!

I’ve tried this place twice given the previous high reviews, and have gotten sick both times. I ordered off the gluten free menu and everything came out marked as gluten free. However, I was instantly sick after eating. I’m not sure on their procedures or preventive cross contamination measurements, but I’m definitely staying away.

Mediocre Gluten free game. No gluten free sushi despite this one being a pretty easy one. There are a few options (5-6) on the menu that you can do. No GF dessert.

My son and I are celiac and we eat here often. We’ve never gotten sick.

My son has CD and I am used to going into restaurants and having to explain everything about cross contamination. I started to explain to our server and she was already very knowledgeable. They have a completely separate prep area and the best thing- the gluten free plates of food come out on plates with a stripe around the outside. Only the GF plates come out with this so you are assured it is safe. We had the best meal, the best server, and my son loved being able to eat chicken fried rice- something he has not had since diagnosis.

Ordered the egg drop soup and the chicken fried rice. Hostess asked if we needed a GF menu before seating us and our server answered my questions when directly asked but didn’t volunteer any information on their GF procedures nor could I find anything printed on the GF menu.
GF dishes tested negative for gluten with my Nima. First time trying this chain but overall I wasn’t that impressed. Nice to go out and eat American Chinese food but not a lot options compared to their regular menu. The fried rice needed tamari which wasn’t brought out until sometime after my dish arrived even though I requested while ordering my meal. The server brought out fortune cookies with the bill even though he acknowledged I couldn’t eat them. Not that excited as a Celiac to break open a crumbly toxic cookie to read a fortune...

Knowledgeable server, clearly marked menu, truly love that gluten free dishes come out on their own MARKED plate and the server repeats it when delivering.

Didn't get sick, but the food was awful and the service was painfully slow.

Good GF options. Minus one star for snail-like service and minus another for high prices.

PF Chang's has been doing gluten free well for quite awhile. They have a large GF menu, including appetizers and dessert. Knowledgable staff. They've been a stand by for me and my family for years.
Ok GF menu but pricey!
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
