Not safe. I ordered takeout twice. One time was fine. The other time I was glutened and sick for weeks. Both times I ordered off GF menu and the food was sealed with bright orange “GF” stickers. Depends who’s working that day? Not worth the risk.

They took forever to bring out my food, but explained that they use a separate area for the gluten free menu options and had to warm up the oil. So, I would rather wait!

Gluten free menu with food prepared in a separate section of the kitchen. Food was tasteless and cold. Service was poor.

I have celiac and I have eaten here numerous times and have never had any issues the staff are helpful. The gluten free dishes come out on different designed plates.

I ordered multiple dishes and specified that all had to be gluten-free because I have celiac disease. The dishes were labeled gluten-free and the receipt indicated the same. ALL DISHES FAILED NIMA TESTING. Had I eaten anything I would have been made sick. Avoid this place if you have celiac disease!

My daughter has Celiacs. We never eat out. We decided after receiving our brand new Nima & noticing all the positive reviews for PF Chang’s in WC we wanted to give it a shot. I used my Nima only on items on the gluten free menu ( and they had tons of gf options ). We had the gf chicken fried rice , shrimp & chicken noodle dish & the gf chocolate dessert. All got a smiley face from Nima ( no gluten was detected). Delicious meal & she didn’t get sick. Thank you PF Chang’s.

This is the only non-dedicated gluten free restaurant that guarantees their food is gluten free. I've eaten here at least 20 times and have never gotten sick. I'm a sensitive celiac and get sick 75% of the time when trying a new restaurant, even after giving the wait staff careful instructions.
Thank goodness for this place!

I eat here pretty often and have never gotten sick. Many GF options and all very tasty!

We always had good luck here and knowledgeable servers.

We et here regularly and I've never gotten sick. Great GF standby!
One of my favorite places for gluten free Chinese. I've never had a reaction after eating their food!

What a nice surprise. Solid GF menu with a good variety. I'm most impressed that they have a dedicated area in the kitchen for preparing GF food to avoid contamination. This is a chain who really understands the need to support dietary restrictions. And the flourless chocolate torte was great!
Great variety of GF items on the menu. Staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating. My favorites are the egg flower soup, chicken lettuce wraps, and the broccoli beef. Satisfies the Chinese food cravings.
Excellent and delicious gluten free options. Chicken lettuce wraps, fried rice, and so many that are tasty. They even have a gf flour-less cake. It's my favorite date night dinner!
Large gluten free menu, even dessert! Great gluten free experience!
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
