I have had their gluten free items a few times and enjoyed them without getting sick (I was diagnosed with celiac almost 7 years ago via endoscopy and blood testing). However, yesterday I ordered the same thing I always do (GF chang’s spicy chicken with GF fried rice), and something tasted off about the chicken, but since it had the gluten free sticker and I could tell that the fried rice was the GF version, I brushed it off and ate the whole thing. That was the only thing I ate all day. Later that night, I felt extremely nauseous and spent over 5 hours throwing up. I definitely would not recommend eating here if you have celiac or a severe intolerance/allergy because you may get unlucky and end up with a dish that is contaminated with gluten, and it will put you in a world of pain.

I have eaten here 2 times in past year with no issues. Great GF menu. I think I got chicken and broccoli for one lunch and maybe chicken lettuce wraps one lunch plus gf egg drop soup. Nice to have a yummy safe option and lunch prices are good considering the high quality.

GF menu is safe for celiacs. Never been glutened. Their process is tight for avoiding cross contamination. Dedicated storage, prep, cooking utensils and equipment, and specific plates so everyone in the chain knows its a GF plate. Great food.

P.F. Chang's is safe, but so flavorless. It's also extremely overpriced for a restaurant that's no longer considered fancy.
Always a safe go-to option!!! This location is great!
Visited the restaurant in Austin, knowledgeable staff who were happy to help with ordering gluten free. I really like their plate system - so if you order from the gf menu it comes out on a different style of plate to everyone else's food. That made me feel really confident about not getting poisoned!

It is consistent and generally safe. Everything you would expect from a chain.
Been to PF chang's in Massachusetts many times .So I know they have a very good GF menu ! Waitress understood what I needed . Very helpful asking bartender about GF beers .

The server was aware of the GF menu and made sure to double check with me and my friend on who needed gluten free. They also announced the gluten free meals when they brought them to the table. They also brought gf soy sauce packets for me to use.
Had a wonderful GF dinner with exceptional service!
Delicious food. Only place I know of that you can get gluten-free fried rice! A more expensive option though. Would go there more often otherwise.
Great food & safe. This location doesn't have GF beer like most of changes do. Big fan of the GF food being served on separate, specially marked plates!
Lots of delicious options.
They have dedicated kitchen space and cookware. The servers were kind and friendly as well as understanding of gluten allergy/Celiac.

Ordered the lettuce wraps gluten free, which are listed as a gfree option in the main menu. When the waitress brought them out I even asked to make sure they’d used gfree tamari or sauce. They definitely were not gluten free. I was doubled over in pain and everything else that comes with getting glutened later. I expect more from a restaurant of this size and given the cost. I won’t be returning.

Server was very nice and made sure everything I ate was gluten free. They used different plates to mark what was gluten free and normal. Server also helped me pick out gluten free options off the menu. Food was amazing!
