The food is pretty solid Americanized Chinese food, and most importantly I've only gotten very low levels of CC once, out of the 5 times I've eaten here. (I'm absurdly sensitive.) Every other time I've been completely fine, including takeout!
The time I did get CC, the person I was eating with ordered something with tons of gluten, so I suspect that contributed to a crumb or something making its way to my plate. If your companions order GF food as well, you should be totally fine. And it's the only local takeout option I trust!
Mediocre, inauthentic chain restaurant. The kind I always avoided (and would have given just one star to) before my celiac diagnosis. Now it's the only place I can get Chinese food other than my own kitchen, so I thank them for that. Thus the three stars. It was the one place that my father and I could go to together before he died.
Served my sauce on a separate tray; the food came on a different plate than the others; the food was good and filling!
My favorite. GF menu right on the regular menu. GF lettuce wraps, GF fried rice, GF ginger chicken and broccoli..hm hm hm....servers are knowledgeable about GF options. Always good, never got sick, never dissapointed.
No issues with getting sick here. Food is good but tastes better eating it there instead of getting it to go. We would eat here more if the prices were a little lower.
P. F. Changs uses separate color-coded dishes so you know your food is safe and handled well. They use individual packets of soy sauce so you know it's gf too. I love the Singapore street noodles. My husband always gets Changs Spicy Chicken (made mild). Try calling in your order ahead and then taking home to eat. There's usually a long wait otherwise.
best food ever. Extremly knowledgeable and I have never gotten sick.
There are several items on the menu marked GFO (gluten free option). I tried the Beef and Broccoli and the GF fried rice. Both were delicious and I did not get sick. The waiter was knowledgeable about GF and suggested the GF rice. I would normally not risk this, but glad I did.
