P.F. Chang's

PFs is a little iffy. I’ve eaten here a few times and been relatively ok (I don’t do well with soy either which is unavoidable here!), but the wait staff didn’t inspire confidence. A table mate and I ordered the same dish—the GF version for me and regular for her. When the server brought it out she had to squint and wonder aloud which one was GF. “The GF one is usually darker,” she said, setting one in front of me. I had her go back and double check before eating! She guessed right…that time, but I’m not confident the servers always get it right.

Always do a great job preventing cross contamination. I get the ginger chicken and broccoli and the chicken lettuce wraps. Gf meals come on different plates. Dessert options too

I used to love going to PF Chang’s, both my mother and I can’t have gluten or dairy and neither of us would ever react. About 2 years ago anytime either of us went to PF Chang’s we would get sick. Tried ordering different gf things, but it didn’t change. I went there again today hoping it would be okay since I haven’t been there in a year and they have good reviews on here but within 3 hours I was sick. Sucks because they have really good food

This is my go to restaurant with friends and family. I've eaten here dozens of times and never had a reaction and I'm VERY sensitive to cross contamination. Fantastic service every time.

I’m Celiac and so are two of my kids- never had a problem! Make sure you tell them you’re Celiac and they’ll take care of you.

Only place I've found for GF Chinese and I haven't reacted yet! Even with a waitress that ignored us almost the whole time, and being terrified she wouldn't get gluten free but regular... I was good! Highly recommend it!

The Grand Rapids location was awful. Breaded meat in my fried rice was the most important complaint. They also messed up the order outside of our food restrictions in multiple ways.

The menu layout is a lot of the problem, but even with the nice atmosphere and good food, you end up feeling like a 2nd class person if you need to eat gluten-free because their spartan list of gf items includes no descriptions. You have to search the whole gluten-containing menu to find the descriptions of the relatively few gf entrees. Also, it's like they don't care about you if you are gf, because although they serve bass, salmon, scallops and cod on the menu you are only allowed one seafood on the gf menu.

I love PF Chang's. They go out of their way to make sure that the person who orders gluten free does not feel left out, down to the soy sauce and trio. Even has dessert. This is the only "chinese" restaurant I feel comfortable eating at, knowing that I will not get a reaction later. They have gluten free options starting from soup to dessert.

Everything I've had off the gluten-free free menu has been delicious. Takeout and dine-in are both good. just check your order before leaving. The Grand Rapids location is smaller than others I've been to and they are still relatively new (opened Nov. 2011).

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity

But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
