My daughter and I are both Celiac. Ate here two weeks ago with no issues. Beware, though, they brought out fries with special sauce, and the sauce has wheat. Good thing I checked.

I’ve not had an incident in recent memory, if at all.
All gluten free food is par with their non-gf food, and while their gf bun is not my favorite, it’s decent.
While not all staff are knowledgeable in what has gluten, theyre always willing to ask and almost always come back with a definite answer. The only thing they seem unsure about is their house seasoning (found on the fries unless you ask them to remove it). As far as I can tell it is gluten-free, but didn’t used to be or they couldn’t guarantee it was. I’ve never had a reaction to it, but some may prefer to have it removed because of this.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
We've dined GF at many Red Robin's so we know what to order on our own. (As not having an actual GF menu is a bit frustrating). This RR's service was ok, but we did receive cold GF burgers & fries. We have had times where we have gotten sick from cross contamination, so it's always best to ask lots of ?'s & let them know how sensitive you are, if Celiac.

Love eating here although their new GF menu requires a smart phone. Huge pain, but SO good.

Terrible! They had no menu. Told us they had cards unfortunately they are on order. Manager never came over. We had to walk out. The manager should know about their items. Will never go to another Red Robin!

Love their burgers with a lettuce wrap!
Very good atmosphere and helpful staff. I had a pretty knowledgable server, but for anything she didn't know about, she deferred to her manager. Awesome food, and if the staff doesn't know, you can look it up online. They even have a frier that's DEDICATED TO FRIES! Nothing else is fried in it ever to help with allergies (thank God!)

they don't even have a printed menu at the place. Terrible knowledge of gluten free food

Red Robin Northwoods is great, especially if I want to take my rowdy kids. Service is very quick, and they always are careful about the gluten. Our servers have always been quite aware of the importance of keeping things gluten free and can do a gluten free bun or a lettuce wrap. They DO fry batches of gluten free french fries separately. Never had any problems with reactions.

Three stars for a gluten-free bun, but the staff awareness was abysmal. First the host gave me the Gluten-Free Menu which was enormous! Turns out it was just the take out menu. A simple mistake, which would not warrant mention if not for the other problems. There is not a dedicated frier, so ALL the fries are possibly contaminated. The server AND the manager both thought the fries would be safe without Sea Salt. (?) I wanted to order a salad and had questions about that, but the manager cautioned the safety because of strawberries. The server finally admitted she had no idea what gluten is.
Family-friendly!! My fourth time back to have their scrumptious hamburgers on Gluten-free buns!
One of the best quality Gluten Free chain restaurants from my experience! Great gluten free burgers and I've only gotten sick once out of the many times I've been there.

Have eaten there twice in last three weeks and been satisfied with their handling of our Celiac health issues. Price point is a bit high for the quantity of food, you need to make sure you get the extra fries. Also need to make sure you ask for the fries to be prepared in the GF fryer. Most sandwiches and sides have GF option. Online menu for GF options is great.

Well, they changed their policies and are no longer able to discuss allergies with the staff. You have to look on an iPad yourself and your server will literally refuse to answer any questions about any allergy concerns. Needless to say….I got wheated. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with gf bun, pepperJack and fries from the gf fryer. Not sure if it was CC or what but $50 for 2 burgers and 2 sodas with packaged shredded lettuce and unripe tomatoes on the burgers? Yeah…never again

Found an onion ring underneath my fries that were supposed to be GF and marked with allergy warning. Unfortunately I ate half the fries before I noticed. Super sick 2 hours later. I wrote an email to management and never heard back. This restraunt is sloppy af.
