They were great at knowing about celiac and my need for gluten free. BUT they were unwilling to clean the grill to cook my burger on so I requested it to be on foil while cooking and they did that. I also asked for no GF bun as I’m very sensitive and idk if it was certified gf or just basic gf , when they brought it out it was on a bun so I requested it to be taken back and a new one cooked . This time the manager cooked it himself and it was great! And I didn’t get sick

Waitress explained that when an allergy is entered it turns purple and they get out a set of everything, knives, cutting board etc, that’s for that allergy only. They save the last fryer for allergies only and only one cook works on your food. Wow! Nima approved.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
My server was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He allowed me to open a new container of seasoning for my fries so they wouldn't be cross contaminated. He reassured me that they had a separate fryer for the fries and remembered my fries needed to be kept unseasoned when I ordered more. My meal was brought out by a manager wearing gloves, making sure it didn't even share a tray with the rest of the table's food. I was even offered a gluten free menu in the restaurant. My food came out much earlier than everyone else's and I have to admit that that felt quite nice.

We ate here for lunch today. Daughter had gluten free bun. Was pretty good. I had burger wrapped in lettuce-no bun and they do have designated fryers-you just have to get fries without seasoning. Waitress was knowledgeable and helpful. Good experience
While it's nice for a place to offer a gluten free bun, the staff should be educated. Waitress was clueless and manager was unsure as well.
I've eaten at RR many times. Burger with Udi's bun. Very good with Titos Gluten free Vodka at the bar. Avoid spice shaker. Fries are cut onsite so not coated. No problems so far but limited to the burger.
never had a problem and we eat there alot
Yes
ive been there twice, perfect first time. server even told me that I can't have the seasoning that comes on the fries, he told the kitchen. next trip my burger came on regular bread, luckily i knew the difference. sent it back, the gf bun was half stale :(

I was so excited to have a burger with a GF bun on it and fries that were supposed to be safe but that excitement turned into sickness about an hour later 🙁 makes me wonder if they really cooked my fries in a separate fryer after all.
Yes
Gluten free buns and their fries are gluten free. Watch the burger for toppings, ie the fried onion straws, but it is very easy to find a gluten free meal here!
My favorite place to get a burger! I am a very sensitive celiac. They are always very careful.

This is probably my husbands favorite place to eat (he is a very strict celiac and gets very sick with very minor cross contamination). Never have had a problem with any cross contamination food at this place. The staff is wonderful, the hamburgers are delicious and you have a variety of options from the gluten free menu to choose from. He loves just having a hamburger and fries with everyone else and not worrying about getting sick. The kids also love this place and I do to. Variety of options for everyone -- especially those having to eat gluten free.
Yes
They have great gluten free buns for their hamburgers.
A regular for us. Great gf fries and burgers with gf buns.

I have had several good experiences here. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and always take my order seriously. Make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Staff seems very confused about gluten free fries. Used to have to order them without ‘seasoning’, but last visit I was told that ALL of the fries are now gluten free, even with seasoning. The confusion seems limited to this location. Even the manager wasn’t all that reassuring. If you’re celiac, beware...
