I was immediately told about the separate fryer for potatoes (so French fries and sweet potato fries). The waitress could list the gluten free sauces from memory. They have a gluten free bun that was quite tasty. My food came out marked for an allergy, wrapped in paper to keep crumbs off. I didn’t get sick. Great experience!
The food’s not fantastic, but it’s “normal”.

I have been here 3 times in the past few months and they have been wonderful. I have not had any reactions and they have always assured me my food was handled with the utmost care.
Yes
This location is always under staffed, once there was 1 waiter who was also the host. 2 days ago there were 2 waiters and a host - still not enough staff for lunch. We waited 15 minutes to order drinks, all the booths are low so it's not as if no staff can see you. EVERYONE can see you. Especially the host who walked by frequently. They were out of chili, for gf chili cheese fries. I ordered cheese fries. Asked for water which took over 30 minutes, shakes made us thirsty! A female waitress finally brought them over and said "Here" in a snotty little girl voice. As if it was our fault she had to deliver it to us. She just set the 3 glasses on the table as she had carried them. And left us to distribute them amongst ourselves. My gf French dip came out with a gluten bun. Had to ask 2 people if this is a gf bun. You should've seen the "cheesy fries"! They melted a slab of American cheese on top! I still gave 3 stars because they have a very good French dip on a good gf bun and gf fries- sometimes they are chili cheese fries!
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
A regular for us. Great gf fries and burgers with gf buns.

I have had several good experiences here. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and always take my order seriously. Make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Staff seems very confused about gluten free fries. Used to have to order them without ‘seasoning’, but last visit I was told that ALL of the fries are now gluten free, even with seasoning. The confusion seems limited to this location. Even the manager wasn’t all that reassuring. If you’re celiac, beware...
