Very disappointing. The menu used to make it clear what was gluten free. The new one doesn’t. Our server said. All the pancakes could be made gluten free and gave no other information. My blueberry pancakes were good—and did not make me sick.
It has declined in other ways as well. Coffee used to be good. I got a weak cup of coffee and no one offered to refill it.
At least there was no wait to be seated! When things were better there was a long wait.
I’m a super sensitive celiac and everything I’ve eaten from Snooze has been safe and delicious! It is also clearly labeled on the menu and in your order (delivery). I’ve had an omelette, a breakfast sandwich, pancakes, and French toast, as well as fresh fruit and hot chocolate. I would highly recommend!

They have several gluten free options including pancakes that taste very good. In my experience they do a good job with safety as well.
My daughter and I both have celiac and be both got terrible ill after eating here. We both had pancakes. The waiter seemed confident but obviously our food was not gluten free.
We have a child with celiac and another with food allergies. We had the best experience here. They did not have a separate menu, but could make just about anything gluten free and in a separate pan. The food was safe and delicious. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a great day experience!
Granted I was on (legal) edibles, but this was legit the best meal of my entire life. I had the peach pancakes plus bacon.

I Nima tested the pancakes on Facebook Live (Good For You Gluten Free is where you can find me). They are NOT gluten free. Tested two different orders after the waitress said they wiped down everything for me. Only order naturally GF items like eggs. Again pancakes are not GF.

This place makes my week! Service is the name of the game at Snooze. Rachel makes the best latte on the planet! Brennan, omg, can he be any more adorable?! Oh yeah, the food. The food is so very yummy! There are only 2 items on the menu not served gluten free. Special tip: flight size pancakes for dessert. What's the best time to get there? That is ancient secret. I'm sure not telling. See you for breakfast!
This is my favorite breakfast restaurant! I normally order the Snooze Spuds Deluxe, which is a heaping plate of hash browns. I've never gotten sick from eating here. Love it.

Oh my god!!!!!! Sooooo many delicious choices for gluten free!!!! Pretty much the whole menu!! And I had to try a few different pancakes and french toast and they were all Scrumptious!!!!! Especially the french toast... best I've ever had!!!! You will not believe u r eating gluten free.

It was great! You can eat all but one thin on the menu! And the staff is knowledgable about celiacs disease!

My daughter has celiac disease and worked at Snooze for quite a while. The food is delicious and pancakes can be ordered GF. They arrive at the table with a little sign on them.
Always tasty. It's a chain and kind of pricy for breakfast, but always tasty. I strongly recommend making reservations.
Great service and GF options
I love Snooze! They can make almost anything gluten free and we have never had an issue with cross contact. The breakfast tacos with added bacon crumbles are a family favorite. Totally gluten free and delicious! The OMG French toast can be made gluten free and is okay just not consistent with the flavor. Sometimes it is very flavorful however this time it was just okay.
Staff was very knowledgeable and it’s the cutest little place, definitely visiting again next time I’m in Austin 🤤
