This place is amazing. Server was very knowledgeable and there were only a few things that couldn’t be made gluten free. Extensive menu for gluten free to include multiple flavors of pancakes and French toast. Server noted I had an allergy and said the kitchen would change gloves and take allergy precautions. I had the seasonal pumpkin pecan pie pancakes which are indescribably good.
Snooze is one of my favorite breakfast places to eat! I can always count on good friendly service and great GF pancakes! My mother and I are both GF and have not had any issues with the pancakes. I have eaten at Snooze in Colorado, Arizona and North Carolina. All good! (And great coffee)
Very good small chain (locations in SoCal, AZ etc) brunch and breakfast place. Thoughtful approach to sourcing and good GF options. Wait staff was able to explain that most items could be made GF and pointed out those few that could not. Had the blueberry pancakes: Solid. Service was good except for a mixup where they forgot the vegan pancakes for one of our party. They brought it late and comped it.
Just opened recently and was very excited to try it out after hearing great things about the chain. The menu doesn’t have anything marked or info about GF, but nearly the whole menu can be made GF. They have GF pancakes that are cooking in a dedicated area of the grill and they use a separate toaster for their gf breads!
I had eggs, hash browns , and a GF chocolate chip pancake and all was delish! Im celiac and had no reaction. Pancake came out with a little GF flag 😊Be warned, their kitchen was very slow, but may just be because it’s new.
Great breakfast spot! Everything we ate was tasty, fresh and well prepared. As others have pointed out, the majority of the menu can be made gluten free with lots of dairy-free options/alternatives also, and the wait staff were knowledgeable and attentive. The GF pancakes were fluffy and delicious - the pineapple upside pancake was exceptionally yummy! Even the coffee was good. We will most definitely be returning.
