Lots of gluten free options- including all of the pancakes! Food and latte were both amazing. Very sensitive, and I had no issues

We appreciate all the options and the care that Snooze takes to ensure a safe meal for my daughter with celiac.

Celiac (very sensitive to cross contamination) family member ate here without any issues! Had the chocolate chip pancakes and I never would have guessed it was gluten free but it was marked with a gluten free tag on it. Server was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The rest of the family enjoyed the rest of their menu too! Server said most items can be made gluten free. Definitely will eat here again!

Excellent spot for breakfast. I had GF pancakes and they were delicious. Our server, Ari, was very knowledgeable about GF options and super friendly. They can accommodate almost anything on the menu to eat- and everything that came out of the kitchen looked delicious. We are definitely going to be visiting this restaurant again soon!

I ordered the Signature Pancake Flight and it was wonderful. You can choose the 3 flavors you prefer and it was plenty of food. All but 2 menu items can be made GF. Neat place as well, enjoyed outside sitting. Definitely give this a try. A little pricey but food was great.

This place is so good and offers so many GF options. Our party had a pancake, omelet, ham Benedict, toast, hashbrowns… all GF. The food comes out with a little stick in it that says gluten free. They seemed very knowledgeable. There is always a long wait, so get online and jump on the waitlist.

I’ve been here several times now and have dined at Snooze in Colorado and throughout Texas. I second guess pancakes here all the time so I don’t get them, unfortunately. There seems to be a lack of consistency in knowledge about gluten here. I’ve seen them either “forget the stick” or have to take something back. The service is either amazing or not great. Drinks are inconsistent as well. Coffee is always great!
